The Perch Park City is one of Park City's premier vacation rentals, offering a stunning combination of rustic luxury, exceptional in-town location and premium amenities.  This spacious six-bedroom home has over 5,500 square feet of living space, with sweeping views of downtown Park City and the mountains, all within a 3 minute walk to Main St.  It's  the perfect gathering spot for any season, from a family ski vacation to a summer reunion.

Even at 5,500 square feet, the residence is charming, warm and inviting. It boasts many modern amenities, including a top-floor game room with Billiards and Pinball, premium wi-fi and HD TV's, 4 fireplaces,  a hot tub, an indoor sauna, a giant Scrabble board, and a chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Additionally, a 4 stage elevator is available for easy access between floors and for those with mobility issues.

Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee from the large heated balcony overlooking the majestic views of Park City. Put on your gear and walk only steps to the shuttle which will transport you to any of the three local ski resorts. Unwind in the deep soaking hot tub or indoor sauna with a glass of wine.

Park City is a premier destination for some of the world’s best skiing and snowboarding, and over 250 miles of world-class biking trails.  The Perch is walking distance to the Town Ski Lift, and for Deer Valley and Canyons the Resort Shuttle stops are literally in front of our home.  Our ski rental partner, Ski Butlers, brings your gear right to the door, and gets you on the slopes faster for more time with friends and family.  

The Perch is pet-friendly with prior notice and a $200 pet fee.  We also have Pack n' plays, high chairs and baby gates for the little ones so you don't need to lug them along.

The Perch was a wonderful venue! I was amazed at how well the venue accommodated our group of 18 with plenty of space to spare. The location was incredible and close to the lifts and downtown and amenities were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Been going to deer valley to ski for 10 years. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. Easy access to the ski resort. My group loved the easy 2 min walk to Main Street for all restaurants and bars. I had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room. We will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were five dads and five sons, so with the bunks, everyone had their own private bed (big deal with 10 dudes). The location was convenient, with restaurants, bars, and the town lift just a short walk away. We had everything we needed, and the top floor with the pool and poker table was a great addition. The host was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even better.

The Perch is the perfect spot for a girls weekend away in the Fall shoulder season. The location is great for walking to Main Street and easy to walk to hiking trails or drive to trailheads not too far away. It is very central to tons of activities.The Perch itself is spacious with amenities such as gas fireplaces, hot tub, sauna, and comfortable beds (total plus for 40 year old women away from kiddos!).The host and management company made check-in and out seamless and easy. I highly recommend the property!

Incredible location!

This was the perfect home for a weekend in Park City. It’s blocks away from bustling Main Street and you can access the slopes with ease. So fun and spacious! Can’t beat the location or size of this one!

We had an amazing stay at The Perch. The home is beautifully designed, spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect group getaway. It’s incredibly spacious and the location is unbeatable - walkable to main street. Jeff was very communicative and accommodating making check-in and any other questions we had seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Park City!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful house in an excellent location! Our group had everything we needed in the home with plenty of bedrooms so we did not feel crowded. The home is gorgeous, we felt luxurious as we stayed here. Only negative is limited parking onsite but they property manager provided some alternative options nearby which worked well. Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

The Perfect House for our Family

The Perch is a beautiful home that has everything you need. The open concept provided an area for all 10 of us to gather. Our family loved all of the beautiful views especially from the balcony on the 5th level! Jeff is a wonderful owner who responds quickly to any message.

Fantastic House and Location

This house was spectacular for our large group of friends. The kitchen was fully stocked making it super easy to cook and enjoy meals in the beautiful living area. The views and quick access to down town were second to none. Jeff and their team made everything so seamless and easy, and provided great recommendations for chefs and activities in the area. Spectacular

What a wonderful place and perfect location! We ended up having 10 adults and one infant. We were able to walk to all of our wedding venues and parties. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and many of our group enjoyed the game room and the hot tub.. Would not hesitate to book this place again!

Bachelor Party Ski Chalet

My group and I had a wonderful stay at The Perch Park City and Jeff was a highly communicative host through the whole process. The place was as advertised and was walking distance to downtown park city and the town lift. The overall house was fantastic, spacious, and clean. I will say if you are looking to sleep 16 full grown men the beds can get a bit tight,but that has nothing to do with the house or our stay. Highly recommend.

Outstanding place whose stairs will give you all the workout you need. Yes, it has an elevator, but why use it when you have stairs to climb and you are in need of working off the pounds you are adding from hearty meals.Communication with the management team was OUTSTANDING!!! We had a great time with family of 6 for the holidays at the perch. Easy to take the bus right to the park city lift. Walk into town simple. House has great amenities. The walk up to the game room on the fifth floor is daunting but there is an elevator for those not used to the altitude.
