Within walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort base area, this home borders extensive meadows of protected space with a stunning mountain backdrop, is located across the street from the Three Kings clubhouse which has a heated swimming pool and hot tub, and is also conveniently located right on the free Park City bus route!

The Neighborhood:

With its central location, you're in a great spot for year round activities. Pull on your boots, grab your gear, and make the walk to the base of Park City Mountain. In the winter, the resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as a school for beginners. Summer brings warm-weather activities like hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, and an alpine slide.



Downtown Park City and Main Street are just a short distance, or you can hop on the free Park City bus and get there in 5 minutes. Nightlife is hopping for the 21 and over crowd, with fun bars and lounges like No Name Saloon and Grill, Downstairs, and The Spur. Don’t miss shopping the quaint boutiques and browsing the numerous art galleries that line the streets of downtown.



Getting Around:

Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The nearest stop is just outside the home. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in Park City!

Amazing Cabin and location

This place was perfect for our family vacation. the location was great for everything from skiing to shopping and hills for sledding, hot tubs for relaxing. just absolutely perfect.

This home was perfect for our group of 13. We had lots of room and privacy when we needed it with baths for every bedroom! There were 4 masters but one that was exceptional! The teenage boys loved the game room. We loved the kitchen that had every appliance you could need, and the huge dining table had room for all of us. Great location near the slopes with a bus stop in front and overlooking a beautiful park like golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!

The location was amazing, walk to the ski lifts and the tram comes and picks you up literally right in front of the house. The cabin was cozy and also spacious at the same time. The hosts were very responsive and nice! We will definitely be staying again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. Right around the corner, walking distance, from the Alpine slide, and a short ride to Old Town Park City. The hot tub and swimming pool were great for the kids whom also enjoyed the foosball table and games in the house.

Perfect family ski reunion spot!

Lots of space to spread out with options to read quietly or join in the group gatherings. We used the extra table for a week long puzzle. Easy shuttle ride from front door pick up to two lift areas, and beautiful pool and hot tub across the street! Well stocked kitchen.

The best!

This was an amazing property! So well stocked. It had everything you needed and more. ! Communication was excellent. Location was perfect. The pool across the street was lovely and also had a clubhouse and a small workout room. This was truly one of the best properties ever stayed at.

Beautiful neighborhood

The house and location were great. The few house issues we encountered were dealt through the management promptly, they were very helpful. We were a group of ten and it accommodated us just fine. Lots of space outside and in for the children to play. Having the pool right across the street was a bonus. Even though we had a car, we took advantage of the free shuttle. The stop was right outside the house.

The place was nearly perfect for our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids.

The place has great space, multiple living/family rooms, many bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, private hot tub, and across the street from pool/clubhouse. A little walk to the lifts and on a bus route with a stop out front. A few things are getting old and we thought it lacked a few very minor things, but overall it was very comfortable. Especially important for our group was a kitchen and dinning area that could accommodate feeding a large group. We been to other places that say they can accommodate larger groups only to find dinning room tables that were too small for the group or not enough dishes or other utensils. This place easily handled 10 and could accommodate more.

Family reunion

The property was well suited to the needs of this group of 9 adults and 1 infant. We did have a few maintenance glitches which the manager attempted to resolve ASAP. Unfortunately those just took some time so that was a bit disconcerting. I think a thorough walkthrough and inspection would be prudent to avoid such mishaps in the future. Overall, things worked out well and I would definitely recommend this property.

Great house, great location

We had a celebration for a 50th birthday. Plenty of room for our crew. Great appliances and kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed the hot tub! Sound system was good to have. We checked out the additional amenities but didn’t use them. It’s is for the great time!

A beautiful gem!

This was a perfect location for our family get-together. It’s walking distance to the ski slopes with a convenient bus stop right outside. The home was large and very comfortable with 2 living room areas, wood beams, substantial windows, 3 fireplaces and a great hot tub. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms and there was enough space for all members to work remotely or snooze on a comfortable couch or window bench with beautiful views outside. The host was responsive with an easy check-in. Beautiful place! We hope to be back for another stay!

Park City fall colors

PC's hidden gem...fall colors. Definitely slow in town, colors amazing!! This townhome is a double unit, very well appointed, spacious. Wonder views up Silver Star into Park City ski area. Overlooks the old cemetery so no one behind or in views. We'll be back:)

Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, beautiful view, guilt, fireplaces everywhere, amazing wood interior. Room for 12 at meals easily. Just lots of comfortable space. And close to trails for hiking now, and we assume skiing later. Our family loves hiking.

Loved Our Stay In Park City

We loved staying at this property. It suited our large family with kids and babies. The location to the “to do things” in Park City was so convenient and the kids loved the access to the pool. We would love to stay here again.
