The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #28 is a spacious three-bedroom condo, with a loft and three bathrooms, located on the top floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

When you are not dining in one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen which includes granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept floor plan. Enjoy a meal around the table that seats six or the breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around a wood-burning fireplace, take in the gorgeous mountain views through picture windows, or catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Reminisce about the day and soak in the views on a private patio accessed through the glass doors.

The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light from the large sliding glass doors. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and two spacious vanities for added comfort. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a ceiling fan. The shared guest bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination

Upstairs is an open loft area that includes two twin-sized beds that can be made into a king with 24 hours’ notice and a TV. The third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds. The third bathroom off the loft area includes a bathtub and shower combination and a convenient separate vanity area to allow multiple guests at one time to get ready.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, two TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
