BEST LOCATION! LARGE COMFY MOUNTAIN HOME ON LARGE LOT! Perfect Park City Vacation Home! Great for all seasons! Easy 5 minute walk to Main Street, Town Lift. Private Hot Tub, A/C.

Location, Location, Location! This home is a skier/snow boarder, biker/hiker/golfer and shoppers dream!

Walking distance to the Old Town Lift, Historic Main Street, Shuttle to Deer Valley.

Once you’ve settled in you don’t need to get back into your car! For winter, if some in your party wants to ski, they can carry their skis or other equipment to the Town Lift and ride up to gain access to the entire Park City Ski Mountain & Resort. After an exhilarating day of skiing, just take the “Quitin’ Time” run and end on the house street and a short 3 minute walk to your lodge. For Deer Valley skiers, it's just a short 1.8 mile bus or car drive away.

All the furnishings are extremely comfortable and in a casual mountain style. Beautiful Australian Cypress hardwood floors and soft carpet and rugs throughout. Vaulted ceilings with tongue & groove in entrance/sitting room, great/family room, and master bedroom.

If you are familiar with other charming and cozy Old Town homes, this house is much more spacious than most as it is situated on a lot and œ!

The kitchen features granite counters and mountain motif tile. LG stainless steel appliances and "beverage" station. The dining room and table are large, easily accommodating a party of 10. Weber grill is right outside on the deck for grilling steaks or making s’mores.

The home features a ground level bedroom. The large bathroom with shower/tub is located right across the hall.

Across from the bedroom and at the entrance to the home is a cozy sitting room with real wood burning fireplace. If you don’t feel like watching the game or movie on the TV in the Great Room, enjoy quiet conversation or reflection in the sitting room, still with spectacular high tongue and groove ceilings.

The Great Room has a comfy sectional (NOT A SOFA SLEEPER) that can accommodate two guests sleeping toe to toe or head to head with plenty of extra bedding.

Upstairs is a master suite with more super high ceilings featuring tongue and groove, gas fireplace (temporarily out of order) and a large master bath with toilet room and 2 headed shower and dual sinks. A loft is accessed via a massive wooden ladder where a comfy twin futon is available for an extra guest or child.

Also located on the second level is another full bath and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Come discover Park City in the summer! Some say the best season to be here! Beautiful tranquil landscaping and awesome outdoor eating/entertaining/relaxing spaces!


** Care Taker / Snow Removal / Handyman on-site in separate downstairs apt - will probably never see or hear him.

SUMMER GUESTS: During the summer Park City is your ideal vacation!! The house is close to the Park City Municipal Golf Course (about 1 mile away) and 5-10 miles from over 10 golf courses! Enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, relaxing, fly fishing, and more! The 'Park Silly' Market (craft, food, music, and fun) takes place each weekend along Main Street and you can stroll down from the house to enjoy the action - no driving or parking issues! Weber grill and seating for 6-8 surrounding a new acacia wood and steel table. And of course comes with air conditioning!

Cancellation Policy: Always willing to work with you - if you need to cancel and we are able to find a like kind replacement we will refund less 20% and we are negotiable - always willing to work with our valued guests.

A wonderful stay! The property is better than described as the owner is updating it with flare, care and comfort in mind. We stayed as a family of six. Rooms were ample. The kitchen was very well stocked and so were the bathrooms with plenty of towels. We didn’t think we would use the hot tub but some of us did and it was a nice treat at the end of the day. The house is two blocks from Main Street with super easy access to a beautiful hiking trail. Can’t say enough about the owner! She provided fantastic directions, recommendations and was incredibly responsive. We appreciated this was their home and grateful that they were willing to share it!

Wonderful week

From the start Jules was an amazing host and was always very easy to communicate with- they are in the process of updating the already fantastic home. When we arrived new carpet had just been installed as well as very comfortable new beds! The location was great- easy walk to Main Street, lots of great restaurants and right by the town lift. The home gave our 4 sons plenty of room to spread out while maintaining a homey cabin feel. We really enjoyed our stay and even though the home was already fantastic, Jules has plans to update and make it even more wonderful!

Fab location, great owner, perfect

Stayed here for about a month (June 2025). First, the location is perfect -- we stayed on Woodside last summer and Norfolk Ave is one street further from the noise -- and very much quieter. Easy walk to downdown, the dog park, etc. There are 2 parking spots that we never once had someone else parking in. The AC worked, the washer / dryer worked etc. Fully stocked, had a printer you could use, great Wi-Fi, nice TVs. Sauna guy came every week and was great. Ceilings are tall enough so you don't feel claustrophobic. Love the little section in the front where we could put our dusty hiking shoes, camel packs, etc. Loved the communications with the owner. Neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly. It's getting dated but I understand a refresh is coming. Thanks!

Perfect Stay! Great House for Film Festival!

Great house! Great Host! We flew in a little early and asked host if we could get in at 2pm. He was very quick to respond and accommodate! House is close to main street. Super Cozy and fully stocked with everything anyone could need! Would definitely stay here for next years SFF ( if its still in Park City). Huge Hot tub outside on porch

Right Next To Main Street

This property was amazing! We were able to walk to main street several times. It has AC in Park City. The hot tub was relaxing. The Brevel espresso maker was a super nice touch. Lastly, the host was great to communicate with and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Great location for skiing and town

This was a great location for not only easily getting to the slopes, but easily walking into town. We love to the location. Everything in the home was set up well and was clean. We would definitely use this home again for a ski adventure.

This was an excellent location and great ski lodge! Quick walk to both ski lifts and main street with restaurants and bars. PC rentals was incredibly responsive and great to work with! Would 10/10 stay here again. Great spot for a trip to Park City.

Wonderful home in an ideal location if you’re looking for easy access to both mountain activity and access to town. The home is well appointed, great hot tub on the back deck, and walking distance to both the nightlife on Main St. and the lift to the Park City Mountain Resort
.and Deer Valley is only a 10 min drive. Perfect spot for a ski weekend with friends!

This house is perfectly located in a charming neighborhood in Park City, just a few minutes from the buzz of Main Street but in a quiet setting overlooking the town. You can relax in the hot tub and check out the views, or watch TV on the very comfy couch inside. Great kitchen for cooking and hosting dinner, and plenty of bedrooms for people to use. Great space, and the communication with the hosts was fantastic!
