UPDATE ON CANCELLATION POLICY. We have adopted the following VRBO policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. HOWEVER, if the resort is forced to close by declaration of a Government Agency, you can receive either 100% refund or rebook to similar period any year in the future. We hope that helps you feel more secure about booking with us.

My condo, Unit 4611A is located in the Bison building at The Lodge at Westgate Park City, at the heart of the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah.

All photos on this ad are of my actual unit, not stock photos.

The minimum number of required consecutive rental nights varies through the season. Please contact us to confirm availability and number of required nights.

Architecturally, Westgate blends with the signature look of the village. Setting the tone for a relaxing luxury vacation experience, the resort includes the 30,000 square foot world class Serenity Spa, with an indoor groto and waterfall.

In addition to the Serenity Spa, Westgate's fitness amenities include a fitness center for both resistance and cardio training as well as a private yoga room.

There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and a business center which are all Westgate Lodge amenities. The Kids Club is onsite with daily activities, playground and a professional staff for the little ones.

For food and groceries inside Westgate, there is the Marketplace Deli for convenience store style shopping as well as two restaurants, Drafts Burger Bar and the Edge Steakhouse. Be sure to try Drafts for casual dining and Edge Steakhouse for fine dining.

Need rental equipment? Aloha Sports is located inside the Westgate and skier services works closely with them to make returning of your equipment at the end of your stay seamless. Ski and Snow Boards and Bicycles.

Once you arrive at Westgate you will check in with the professional front desk staff who will greet and assist you.

A 24 hour Concierge is onsite for all travel, activity and entertainment arrangements.

Like every unit in the building, ours has designer furnishings and stunning architectural details. Natural materials, western accents, stainless steel appliances, high def TV and private balcony.

Our unit at the Westgate Resort also has breathtaking valley views to be enjoyed any time of the year.

Besides the quality of the rooms our favorite part of the resort is the SERVICE.

Store all of your ski equipment at the ski valet for free.

Have all of your equipment ready and waiting for you when you are ready to ski in the morning. The valet service delivers it directly to the 'Flight of The Canyons' gondola for free.

Done skiing for the day? Give your equipment to the valet service and they will store it. Need your boots dried? They do it for free.

Want to ski Deer Valley or start your day at the Park City Mountain Base? The valet service will have your equipment ready for you to go in the morning. The Westgate resort shuttle will deliver you to Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. The shutle works just like Uber. In the photos section of this ad is a picture of the instructions on how to download the App including the required Code.

Done at Deer Valley? Want to shop or eat downtown? Call the shuttle. They will pick you up and drop you off downtown. Then they will deliver your equipment back to the valet where it will be dried and stored and ready for you the next morning for free.

Done shopping or eating? Call the shuttle for a ride home.

The service just doesn't get any better than this!

Westgate Lodge and Westgate Park City Resort and Spa stand as one of the highest quality condominium and timeshare projects in the Western United States and is designed with Five Star service, finishes and amenities in mind. Although timeshare units are on property, my unit 4611A is not timeshare but a Whole Owner Condominium.

Westgate units, like most listed on VRBO/Homeaway are rented directly by the owner and not managed by Westgate. If you find anything wrong in the room, or the room needs anything, you must call me first, as the front desk is not authorized to fill your requests unless it is a true emergency.

Great stay at Westgate

We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. The ski valet, skier locker room and the shuttle service were easy to use, as well as, timely and efficient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Couldn’t be any better

Had a family of 7 stay in this spectacular Penthouse Suite. Everyone loved it. Privacy for adult kids, large common area, close to the Canyons Base, and all the amenities of The Westgate. Loved it.

We've stayed here several times over the last 10 years. It's such a great resort. The rooms are some of the most comfortable and relaxing anywhere. Extra points for the amazing steam shower. It can be a bit confusing to get around the resort since it is built on a hillside and appears to be a combination of several different resorts. Totally worth the extra brain power to find your room though.

We really enjoyed Lou's condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location allowed easy access to our daily hikes. We have been to Park City many times to ski, but this was our first visit in the summer. We hope to return!

Great Stay at the Westgate

Accommodations was fantastic for a ski week. Room was comfortable and very well kept. Ski locker and valet are nice features to get on and off the slopes. The shuttle to take you to Park City and the Park City side of the mountain was a breeze. Would definitely stay at the Westgate again.

Perfect for our family!

Lou’s place was great. Exactly as pictured in the listing and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable for us to cook in (we did for most meals). The location is fantastic - not only is the Westgate right in Canyon Village, but Lou’s place is a very quick walk to get outside. We were very comfortable and hope to book Lou’s place again next time we’re in Park City!

Can’t beat this place

This condo was plenty of room for our young family of 4. We enjoyed being able to cook in after a long day of skiing and we enjoyed all the amenities that Westgate offers. The location can’t be beat!

Five Star

This place is in the best location in the canyons! You literally walk out your door, and you are at the gondola. The village is outstanding, and the room is spectacular! I highly recommend it and can’t wait to revisit! I only stayed by myself, but there would’ve been plenty of room for my husband and two children. The king size bed is extremely comfortable and plenty of room for the kids on the pull out sofa. The kitchen is big enough to prepare meals and breakfast. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Great ski lodging

Stayed with my 14 yr old son. Very much enjoyed the condo - we each had personal space which was perfect. Size of unit was perfect and the ski in ski out arrangement was very convenient. Balcony and view was wonderful, pools on location were nice and a good way to relax after skiing. Convenient to everything we needed. Will look into staying again when we come back to town for skiing or summer mountain biking

Skiing/Date Nights / Work

Rented Louis' VRBO for 8 days to enjoy some early season skiing with my wife. She departed after 4 days and I juggled work/ski, leveraging wifi for the final 4 days of the stay. Everything was perfect, although I had to troubleshoot the wifi a bit (the Westgate has an IT help-center that was available even before business hours). The condo is clean, well-equipped and close to everything (slopes, transport, restaurants, etc). We greatly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!!
