How close is Parker Dreamin with Casita to downtown Parker Dam?
i loved this place definitely small but it was so cute and it was perfect for 7 people itâs definitely more like 20 steps down a hill to the water but the dock right by it was so fun
The pictures of the âbeachâ online are VERY deceiving. The pictures show an angle to where it looks like thereâs a decent size beach right where the back patio is but thatâs not the case at all. Itâs alittle bit of area to walk to find a big hill just full of rocks, then the âbeachâ part is so tiny we could barely fit our chairs. It was not ideal at all. The house was nicely decorated but didnât seem like it had been cleaned in awhile. There were dead bugs everywhere, cobwebs, crumbs from other peopleâs food on the floor, carpet definitely hasnât been vacuumed in awhile and was just over all not clean. Another thing that needs to be addressed is the shower heads barely work. It was just kind of disappointing that we spent all this money to have so many cons.
The good: clean and tastefully decorated. Steps to the water. The bad: cleaner was still in the units at check in timeand we had to sit outside in 96 degree weather an extra 15-20 minutes with a car full of groceries until she finished. Fish hooks and dog poop all over around the patio area. We did our best to clean up after the inconsiderate guests before us so we wouldn't step on any of that. WEAR SHOES. This community is supposed to be dogs leashed at all times but we got charged by a big dog off leash within 30 minutes of arrival.
Excellent property with plenty of room for family!! The only obstacle was not enough big trash bags but not an obstacle enough to ruin a family vacation!!
The tiny house was great, very well stocked with amenities. The access to the water front was terrible. To get down to the water we had to lug all our canopyâs, chairs and water gear 4 spaces over to a rickety set of stairs, which at one time my son in law slipped down and scraped his back. The advertised picture showed the home on the beach of the river. We were disappointed with the access.
