This stylish, comfortable home is perfect for group trips. The Hilltop Hideaway is a short walk to the river, around the corner from the bar, and a quick drive to Lake Havasu. With plenty of free parking for multiple vehicles, including a large car port for vans or trailers, your entire group will feel welcome.
The space
The Hilltop Hideaway is a comfortable and stylish space meant to make you feel at home while also providing a space to have fun and reconnect with friends and family.
Guest access
The house is easily accessible. Right off the main road but far enough up the hill to avoid any traffic noise. Parking on the gravel space in front of the house is as easy as can be. Pull your car or truck up into the car port for ample shade and quick access!
Other things to note
Just South down the street is a public boat launch with a large dirt lot for parking. Head North to La Paz County Park - $10 day pass - to enjoy easy access to the river for swimming and floating with friends.

Rented the unit in February into March

To begin, Nathan and his girl Friday (Stephanie) were excellent hosts. They took every effort possible to provide us with whatever we needed that was not already available. We rented this unit during February into March, 2024. As to the property, what is shown on the VRBO website is exactly what you get. It is not a resort type accommodation. It is a modular home set among other modular homes on a hilltop in Parker AZ. However, if what you what you are looking for is a place for your family to lodge when you are not out exploring the surrounding mountains, canyons, or river, it is perfectly acceptable. It is clean, secure, comfortable, and adequately stocked with basics (if you find something lacking, your hosts will quickly try to accommodate your requests). In short, the value received from the rental unit was appropriate for the rental price.

When we travel, the most important and main thing is cleanliness and no clutter this place it’s that and more. The photos are “deceiving” in reality once you are there everything and everywhere is way better than what you see, we liked each of the rooms and the whole house is BIG! The family had a good time relaxing, eating and playing pool while our old Dad rested in the main room watching tv. Super clean and safe area, I would stay here again and I highly recommend it. Nathan was very prompt to reply and make us feel very welcome. Thanks!
