Cozy and warm, newly remodeled, new cabinets/granite, recessed lighting, wood burning stove, and TV. You can live on the outside patio and enclosed yard, just as easy as you can live inside. Patio comes complete with refrigerator, sink, microwave, bar, table & chairs, mister system, enclosed by a rock wall, trees and plants. Private beach, secured by an arm gate,includes picnic tables, a bathroom, boat docks with a great launching ramp. There is ample parking for your truck and trailer in the marina area and in our overflow parking area at the end of the street.
You are right around the corner from the Emerald Green Golf Course and Roadrunner floating bar & restaurant. Approx. 7 miles to Blue Water Casino which is accessible by boat or car. Great boating, water skiing, wakeboarding and fishing. Only 8 mile to Havasu Landing on Lake Havasu. Just 25 min to London Bridge & Lake Havasu City

Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

Great River/Golf Hideaway

The property was exactly what was needed for our golf getaway. It had all the necessary amenities needed and more! Unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the patio/outdoor bar area, but the rest of the house was spacious and clean!If you are planning on playing golf nearby, you couldn't be much closer. Of course, the river being nearby was a great treat, also!I highly recommended this place for your trip to the Parker Strip!!

Home is cute, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. Location was perfect for our needs. Water access was available although across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in a great location

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. What separates it from the rest is a PRIVATE boat launch area on to the Colorado River. The water was around 85 degrees in late September. Take all your water toys with because you will be there from dawn to dusk. If there were more than 5 stars I'd have given this home. Thanks

Beautiful family home

Our stay was really wonderful. Location is absolutely ideal. The beach is clean and well maintained. The owner is very good at communicating. The house has everything you could need and want to be a functional home away from home. Can’t wait to stay again.

Clean house fully stocked

Clean house fully stocked and very organized. Rich and Lucy are awesome, I spoke to Rich and he gave clear instructions and was willing to help us out if we had any questions. Follow the house rules and tip the cleaner a 20 because they do a wonderful job.

Clean & Convenient Home

The place was perfect for our stay. The purpose of our trip was for a golf tournament and the house was very close to the course (1 minute drive). In addition, the course was really close to all the main Parker bars (Roadrunner, Foxes, Sundance). We did not utilize the water access during our trip, but the docks were right out front from the community entrance. Bedding was good, pillows a plenty. The two restrooms are nice too with good water pressure for a river trip. We did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, but it looked to have all the cookware, silverware, cups you could need. Richard was communicative and that was really appreciated.

Everything but water pressure

Nice place overall. I could never bring my wife or girls here; the water pressure was awful. I've had better water pressure at camp sites. Owner communicated well when he needed a private lease signed, but he ignored all emails and VRBO chats regarding the water pressure. This is the reason for 3 stars.

Best Location

We wanted a place close by to Pirate's Den for the Drag Boat Races. We took our Ranger to dart around in and our boat which can be launched at the private marina right across the street. There were also docks that we could leave our boat in overnight. It was an adorable little place and we sat outside in the bar area which was awesome in the October weather.
