We came on a motorcycle ride from Salt Lake to Parker Arizona something happened where the previous people did not clear out when they were supposed to it delayed our check-in for three hours due to how hot it was we had to find another place at first I was upset because they weren’t helping us with anything. Then management and Expedia gotten involved totally apologized refunded my money when I thought they were just going to keep my money and that’s all they cared about. I was wrong. They totally owned it and took care of me. We will be renting with Expedia. and travel escapes again. They really did look at the situation realized that they had made an error and owned it. I appreciate you guys.
