This spacious river house has four bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Master bath has nice tub for relaxation. Large livingroom and dining room. Features a gameroom with pool table for your enjoyment. Large patio with BBQ and private park and boat ramp for easy access to the river. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

who could ask for anything more

This Riverhouse was AWESOME. We have been going to Havasu Springs for fifty years during the spring and summer and always camped. One of our group just bought a used boat and we wanted to check it out and it is too cold to camp this house worked out to perfect for us. Four guys three cars and a 24 foot boat and it accommodated us easily with plenty of room for everything. Would highly recommend this place.Thank You Rene

What an amazing home! Perfect house for friends and family. Spread out, games, well stocked and great location. Close to 2 state parks, local bars, food and more! Check in and out were super easy, highly recommend- we will be back!!!

Parker Dam Work Crew

I personally have not stayed here but my crew has twice now, and they absolutely love the location in case we have trailers, they're able to park across the street and drive in and out easily. easy and close access to the river to fish and relax. lots of activities to do at the house, pool table, foosball table and games to play. televisions in every room for entertainment. this is our preferred location to rent if we have projects nearby.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, FUN!

Our family joined another family for a boating trip in Parker and stayed five nights at this wonderful home. Between us we had three adults and five kids, ages 10-14, and so the foosball game, pool table and multiple flat screens throughout the house were very popular and made our evenings extra fun. The spread-out design of this home was one of its highlights, because we all had so much room to relax. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the kitchen and eating together at the dining table. The margarita machine was a treat for the adults after a long day on the water. Our host Rene was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the barbecue grill on the porch for grilling carne asada and chicken, as well as the extra-long driveway for parking our vehicles and boat in the evenings. The private boat launch down the road worked fine, just be aware there is a bit of a current in the water near the launch. Sometimes it was stronger than other times, depending on the dam release. We loved our stay and hope to return soon! Thank you, Rene and Claudia, for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing. You have a lovely home.

Perfect family vacation rental

The layout of this house is ideal for families. The master bedroom/bathroom on one side of the rental and guest rooms/bathroom on the other side. The house is even better in person than it is online! The foosball table, pool table and giant connect four game were a perfect way to unwind after a day on the water. The house is super close to both the river and lake havasu. We come to Parker/Havasu every year and we would love to stay here every time we visit. The hosts were very great to communicate with. All around definitely a five star rental!!!

Celebrate mom 87 birthday

The house was perfect , very roomy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. I wish I had known about the griddle on the deck I would have planned a different meal. Next time! Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Average age of the family that stayed was 70, Thank you to the host they thought of everything!

Great location

We stayed here for 4 days. The property was located close to Havasu Springs Resort. Right across the street from the river but not close enough to be noisy. The house was bigger than the pictures looked so that was a nice surprise. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean. We didn’t have kids with us but had some games if you bring kids. Having the washer and dryer on property was great as well. Parking space was perfect. Wi-Fi was good and it had all the apps on the tv for relaxing after a long day out and about.
