A private Guest House in front of the sea

Our guesthouse is situated close by the main Villa, isolated though providing privacy. It consists of 2 bedrooms and one wide day room altogether counting 55m2 facing the Aegean Sea. Whole building is embraced by vast verandas with spectacular seaview and an even wider garden, sit by the garden table under the pergola, relax and experience unique romantic moments. Master bedroom has a double fixed bed facing the veranda while the second bedroom has a double bank for adults facing the sea and veranda. Full restroom facilities with spacious shower is located between the bedrooms and the dayroom. The almost 30m2 wide room incorporates a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and cooking plateau, coffee machine, bread toaster and kettle while there is available a washing machine for clothes as well. Folding table for 4 persons is located by the corner where fixed sofa can sit more people or can sleep 2 more and a powerful ac unit will cool the hot summer days.

Joli cadre mais maison décevante

Le cadre est très joli : vue mer, plage agréable juste sous la maison à 5mn à pieds. En revanche la maison est très décevante : pas d’eau potable (eau de réservoir à laquelle du chlore est ajouté), pas de lave vaisselle (contrairement à l’annonce), équipement cuisine très sommaire (on a dû demander des verres à l’arrivée), literie de la chambre double très dure. Invasion de fourmis qui revenaient après chaque traitement à la bombe anti rampants. Attention il n’y a qu’une seule climatisation dans le salon pour toute la maison, ce qui oblige à dormir avec les portes des 2 chambres ouvertes sur le salon ou bien il fait beaucoup trop chaud (donc aucune intimité et lumière du jour). Propriétaire réactif mais qui trouve peu de solutions. Pas de BBQ malgré notre demande 7 mois auparavant. La maison est mitoyenne mais les voisins ne sont pas du tout dérangeants (pas de vis à vis), tout comme l’hôtel d’à côté. Enfin il est indiqué 6 couchages mais il n’y a que 4 lits, le reste sont les banquettes du salon sur lesquelles il est impossible de dormir (trop dures et trop étroites).
