Outstanding!

Magic place right in downtown Parras. You can hear the bell of the Cathedral every hour. Rooms are magnificent and food is awesome!

Desayuno no me fascino tanto, nunca nos sirvieron mas de una taza de cafe ya que estuvo siempre ocupado el mesero. El menudo y barbacoa se incluia por un costo adicional lo cual no me gusto, el hotel incluye el desyuno pero no especifican que eso es con costo adicional

El personal del hotel es súper profesional y nos ayudó a conseguir excursiones y otros servicios fueron muy amables!! Ofrecen amenidades que no hay en otros hoteles como pantuflas, dulces de cortesía y otros no comunes en otros hoteles, lo que es muy agradable

No tiene estacionamiento, la habitación olía demasiado a insecticída aun asi, nos visitó un cucaracho a las 3 am que se le subió en mano a mi esposa. fuí a recepción en la tarde a pedir un vaso con hielo aprox 5 am y la recepcionista de mal humor me comenta que el restaurante ya cerró que no hay ni vasos ni hielo y que puedo ir al oxxo a comprar una bolsa de hielo.

El hotel es bonito pero tiene poca privacidad, se escucha todo. Es demasiado rústico, la cerradura del cuarto es un candado antiguo y las puestas y ventanas que son de madera rústica no cierran bien. La regadera tiene muy buena presión. Los desayunos están buenos.

Acogedor hotel en el centro de Parras

Pequeño y acogedor, muy bien ubicado. Un prqueño problema, la TV no funcionaba. Al parecer eran las pilas y en el desayuno algo lento al servir. Pero sin duda volveria. El staff super amigable y atento.

La ubicación centrica cerca de las plazas principales ayuda a que puedas caminando ir a varios lugares. El hotel cuenta con todas las amenidades. Espacios amplios. Acabados muy bonitos. En general mi estancia fue agradable.
