Immaculate home on the beach in quiet Esterillos Centro. Well appointed and peaceful. This house is on the beach with great views from the living room and bedrooms. Upstairs balcony has hanging bed for perfect lazy evenings.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Epic!
This exceeded my expectations and was amazing. The pool was awesome after a long day at the beach. Nearby restaurants were so good as well. Very laid back and peaceful. We are planning on coming back and staying longer.

Nice beachfront home
We totally enjoyed our stay here, it was very quiet and peaceful. We had a few water problems but that seems to be a common local problem the owner has had a water system installed so that should be fine in the future. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The pool was really nice. The house could be stocked with some better dishes and utensils but we managed fine. Overall the place is amazing.

Amazing property!
We absolutely loved the property. The amenities are awesome, the staff was excellent! Drinkable water was such a nice change from some other beach stays I’ve had. The location is perfection for a relaxed vacation. We also enjoyed the 1 block proximity to the restaurant. The only thing we would have changed are the beds. They were very noisy and a full size is a bit small for friends sharing. Would stay here again for sure, but i would bring a blow up mattress.

One of the best place on earth
To summarize, we are already planning to go back there for a full week with our kids and soon to be born first grand-kid. The location is, and I cannot stress this enough, perfect.
