I was shocked at how the bathroom was in disrepair, The fan was not working and the box just was just hanging there. Lots of cracking and peeling paint on the ceiling. The bath tub was in horrible shape - lots of chips missing from the tub - more than a dozen! The bathroom flooring had a big patch missing . The beds were very comfortable. Even though $85.00 is inexpensive, the bathroom was a nightmare. It requires extensive renovation . While waiting for my husband to park the car, I met a girl on the sidewalk who was almost in tears because her room was so awful. I think I should get some money back from the Brunswick Hotel.

Travelocity informed price for the night was $78.00 and was charged $112. Paint on outside of building peeking, minimal parking, bathroom smelled of urine. Will not stay here again!

Nice room didn't match the scary hotel

Pros: Clean Room
Cons: See above experience. Needs better facilities and more hotel staff not just waitresses from next door restaurant checking you in.
Location: Beautiful area! But the town is a little run down. Kind of a seedy area.
Tough to park except for the run down parking area out back. Check-in stand was inside the restaurant/ hard to find. The hallways were very run down and smelled like cooking oil and the doors had a paper label taped to each one with the room number. Outside our room was a workman's ladder with holes in the ceiling and plaster all over the floor. Obviously someone working but apparently he was done for the day and left everything. The room was surprisingly pleasant! Clean and comfy. The bathroom was a little shabby but we had plenty of towels and it was clean. At check out, we had to leave very early but the restaurant was closed up tight and there was no front desk or anyone to man it. We had wanted to pay cash but since no one was there we just left as they had our credit card on file. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I also wasn't expecting the haunted hotel from the horror movies either. Come on, Brunswick!
