The hotel room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Like someone just remade the bed after someone else stayed there. There was a full fridge that was unplugged in the middle of the room with used Q-tips on it. The tables had sticky residue. The whole room had this odor that I still can't figure out what it was. Overall, I didn't stay there, I left and booked another hotel elsewhere. Hope I wasn't charged for it.

Toilet wasn’t flushing properly as shower was mess up. I found a bug on the table. Towels weren’t clean. I did like the balcony.

DONT BOOK HERE.The price may be cheap but there is a good reason why.The hall way reaked of urine. The trash out side was over flowing. The walls where yellow.The room was infested with roaches in the room bath room and even coming out of the air conditioner. It was simply discusting. I didnt find out till 12. Mid night when i got there and when i reported it they offered me another room i of course declined and asked for a refund but the manager was not there that time of night so i stayed up all night with the hebegebies and got a refund the next morning and went to the ramada in rockaway which is a great hotel. Travalocity should not even offer this hotel on there sight because it will damage there reputation. The pictures are deceiving. However travalocity customer service was wonderfull on helping me get out of there and some where else

there was a tobacco stench throughout the motel and even in our romm which was booked asno-smoking

You get what you pay for...

Pros: Close to the location I was attending. Really nice room layout. Balcony.
Cons: New paint, clean the room well so it doesn't smell like cat urine, new electrical covers, put chairs on the balcony, screen door.
Location: Hockey center is where we were. Lots of local shopping. Diner next to the hotel.
Room has potential. Great layout, very large with balcony. When we went in, however, it smelled so strongly of cat urine... needed new electrical plates (they were very gross and discolored, and some were non existent, exposing the innards of the walls) and the box spring covers were very stained and torn (I could see the stains from across the room). The staff seemed annoyed every time I interacted with one of them. I didn't feel welcome. HUGE full size fridge in the room was a plus, wall mounted LG Tv was nice also. Bed was comfortable. Balcony would have been nice if it had chairs and a screen door to keep the door open.

Needs improvement

Pros: The quietness

Location: Good restraints, close to nyc
Needed more things even if it was a smoking room.there was no microwave or fridge.bed was comfortable and the staff was good.

disgusting rooms...would rather sleep in my car.

Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, Poor breakfast, everything at this motel is a con
Stayed here while on a business trip. My first room had 1/4 of the entire carpet sopping wet from who knows what. Because of this the room smelled heavily of mold and mildew. I immediately went to the front desk to change rooms and report the incident. While up there, I heard the front desk worker inform two people checking in to enter their room and see if it was cleaned. If it was not they were to come back to the front desk and request another room. What the heck? The second room had a broken handle which took 5 mins to work each time I tried to enter. When I did, I was welcomed with the most horrible stench of decay (the best I can describe it). Upon further investigation, there was a hole in the wall above the bed which I could stick my thumb into but could not see or feel anything on the other side. Fearing it may be a peep hole of some kind, I stuffed a hand towel into it for privacy. The walls were paper thin as I could hear the neigbors yelling easily. My bathroom toilet did not flush at all, I had to go to the main lobby to use the restroom. When I told the front desk worker, his reply was, "I know it flushes cuz I stay in that room all the time." I demanded he come see for himself and he refused. The hot water in the shower did not work as it would go from Scalding hot to ice cold every minute or so without any changes on the shower handle. This made it impossible to get clean. Lastly, when I asked for them to call a taxi, It ended up being one of the front desk workers who drove me and his entire family to my destination. I put up with this for two nights before leaving the hotel for the remainder of my week. DO NOT STAY HERE. only good thing about the place was the free internet connection to book my hotel for the subsequent nights!!
