Would stay again!

Nice hotel; parts of the building are a little old and rundown. (parking garage, elevator, it does have a pool but it’s in shambles) Despite those things, our room was very nice and clean; and the staff we dealt with (check in and breakfast) were very nice. I couldn’t do the online pre-check in because the website was down, but actual check in was still fast and efficient. Breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, toast, pastries, coffee, orange juice) and we had no issues when it came time to leave!

For one night this is an okay option. However the place outside the hotel is scary and isolated, people popping out from everywhere asking for money. The room was clean and great but very noisy with the noise from the highway. When we got there the TV was not working and the staff was very nonchalant until I sent message through Expedia, it should not have to get to that point when I asked the front desk. Breakfast was not great. And the gym is non existent, literally 3 items in very hot room and smelly.

The sink was filling up in our room. Room service would come knock on the door and we'd tell them to come back so we could get dressed and leave. They never showed up, the beds were never changed or made. We'd have to ask the front desk for clean sheets or towels. There were two receptionist on two different nights. They gave attitudes when we tried to just vent about the problems, but it's as if they didn't care and it's basically "not their problem."

Horrible stay, wouldn’t recommend

Asked for new sheets and receptionist said no he doesn’t have access to the sheet closet, asked for disinfectant and he said he doesn’t have access to the cleaning closet. Stains on the counter, stains on the couches, floor looked unswept and unmopped. Shower didn’t look clean, there wasn’t a new roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. To top things off we ended up getting locked in the bathroom because the bathroom did not have a handle on the inside like it was broke off.
