The room smelled like weed. There was old food in the the fridge, and the front desk was very rude. There was also hair in the bed from the last guest. Wouldn’t go back there st all.

So it would be nice with being on the 5 floor if the phone worked and the water didn’t run all night plus the fact that the fan was on 24/7 we are looking for the hole time we were there if we had a few hours of sleep

I was given 3 different room through my 37 hour stay. The first situation was I was given a dirty or occupied room. I was scared so I hurried out the door, so I’m not sure. So I was given another room. The next morning I returned from breakfast and was locked out of my room. Something about a faulty lock. So I had to sit in the breakfast area for over an hour waiting for a solution. I had places to be by 10am but was late due to this issue. Maintenance was able to get me in the room and I then moved to another room. Also there was no ice in the whole building and the building was freezing. This was The most inconvenient stay I’ve ever had.
