Location was great right in the centre and a 3/4 min walk to the main lifts. The room was as expected functional. Shower was great super powerful with a good bath. A few issues though, no fridge in the room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was ok, staff great but not enough of them. One day there was no cutlery, cups or glasses! The bar whilst connected to the hotel was shut very early on NYE and didnât open NYD, as all shops were also shut getting any sort of drink for the room was impossible - maybe consider some vending machines?
Rooms are clean, spacious enough and the cleaners do a fab job. Not too far from ski-area lifts too. However, itâs all a little tired and our âtriple roomâ was a double with a squeezed in extra bed that didnât align to the wall and lights. There was one wardrobe and a lack of hooks to hang up anything in the room
other than in the small bathroom. Definitely need more hooks on walls.
When we stayed there, end of January, was lots of teens/younger crew, which almost made it feel a bit youth hostel like. Breakfast was ok but a few times they had run out of items and drinks machines werenât working. WiFi patchy too.
A basic and ok-ish 2* hotel Iâd say!
A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this.
We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service
The hotel is in the middle of Pas de la Casa, there is parking on the surrounding streets, free between 2030-0900. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast good. The separate cafe on the ground floor is not quite so good. The picture is taken from our room.
This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night.
Hi there, I've just received a request for feedback and I was hoping I had the opportunity to help mproving your service. There is a lot of scope for improvement but luckily they are all easy fix. I am going to start from the "must change" going progressively to the "nice to have"
1. Mould around the bath and on the wall. This is unacceptable. It takes a bottle of Bleach and a bit of sealant to fix it
2. Nothing complementary other than two bottles of water. Your daily rate would justify a kettle, some tea bags and a couple of biscuits. It makes the customer feel welcome.
3. Furniture is battered
4. The bed for two is too small and the mattress uncomfortable.
5. Only 3 cushions.
6. The doors are not hotel doors. I'm sure there are some fire safety concerns and not compliance with regulation.
7. Breakfast could be improved. There are not vegetarian options for hot breakfast
8. Windows are not sound proof and I got woken up every night by people chatting when walking on the street.
It is possibly the worst hotel I have ever been, but with some little changes it can be improved substantially
