We had the most wonderful time during this stay. This property is an easy walk to center downtown Paso Robles. Beautifully remodeled and functional space. It was perfect for our little pups rather than fussing with them at a hotel. Very private and quiet. Hosts were very informative and features in the home were easy to use. Thank you again!

Everything was perfect about this adorable little cottage. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for the two of us, and a private sitting area outside bedroom door that opened up to a table and grill. Was fenced in so perfect for our dog while we sipped wine under the trees. Location can’t be beat as short walk to downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

The cottage needs a deep cleaning. The carpets, blankets and specifically the arm chair caused me to continuously sneeze and have terrible allergies. I usually don’t have such a strong reaction to pet dander. The arm chair has pet urine on it. It was quite humid on Saturday and the smell was quite strong.

We had a great time staying here while in Paso Robles visiting friends. The house is easily walkable to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. While small, the house is designed and furnished to feel spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very generous and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Great Getaway Trip

Spent 3 days in Paso and then decided to add an extra day. The owners were very accommodating. This is a great place to stay for two people. Location was walking distance to downtown and reasonably priced. We will be back.

Fantastic find!

Les was a great host! Our flight changed three times. They were very patient as we were in constant communication about our arrival changes. The location was perfect and the place was perfect! I’d highly recommend the Downtown Cozy Cottage to anyone! We’ll be back!

Excellent location in Paso Robles

This was an excellent location in Paso Robles. It had everything we were looking for: close to shops and restaurants, secure off- street private parking for our SUV, secure area in back for the dog to stretch her legs, excellent instructions for how to use the WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and well sized modern bathroom. Perfect location

This cottage is just what we needed. Very close to town and all the amazing restaurants, wineries, and breweries. The cottage has all the amenities of home and tucked away in a quiet location. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

Quick trip to Paso

The cottage had everything we needed. It was well appointed and had a comfy bed. Short walk to downtown, so a very convenient location. It had luxurious bedding and blankets, cooking spices and Kcups. They even provided a bowl and puppy treats for your favorite furry friend. We will be back!

Amazing Rental

We had an amazing time at the farmhouse cottage. The attention to detail really shows in their home. The bed was very comfortable and there were supplies for anything we needed. We appreciate how accurate the photos are to what the cottage looks like. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. Loved how close it is to downtown too! Thank you!

Great place, some tips though

Our stay was very nice. Read the instructions thoroughly. Although the address is listed, the access to this location is through the alley which is low lit and is a challenge to park or pull out of. Other than that, great place. Super clean and the bed is so comfortable. If you have a large vehicle, this place is a challenge to park. The host is always available.
