Privately situated and surrounded by vineyards, the Farmhouse is located down a secluded yet convenient country road, nestled in the foothills for the Willow Creek District in the heart of Paso Roble’s renowned Westside.

*Given the current COVID-19 outbreak is front & center on everyone’s mind, we want to reassure you we are taking every precaution to provide a sanitary environment. This home is thoroughly disinfected during each cleaning. All frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, counter tops, appliance handles & tables are disinfected after very guest. The house is equipped with hand soap, disinfective spray & single use kitchen sponges, bar soap & showers supplies. We care about your safety and comfort.

This two and a half bedroom, two bath Farmhouse boasts a charming kitchen complete with a coffee service island, breakfast nook, granite countertops, and a timeless vintage stove-oven. The dining room and living room both boast French doors that open onto the expansive private multi-level deck that overlooks our estate vineyards and beckons you to enjoy the sunset, while sipping a glass of our vineyard’s exceptional wine! The refined rustic furnishings and cozy feel are sure to make your stay unforgettable.

The downstairs bedrooms are well appointed, with modern furnishings. Bedroom one has a queen sized upholstered bed draped in luxurious linens. Bedroom Two has a twin sized daybed with an additional roll out twin bed and French doors that lead out to a secret garden. The downstairs is equipped with a full size bathroom that offers a beautiful white subway tile shower/tub and Turkish bath towels. The upstairs bedroom (Bedroom Three) boasts a king sized bed dressed in lavish linens, beautiful hand-crafted reclaimed wood furniture, and a cozy window seat with yummy pillows that overlooks our vineyards. The upstairs’ private bath is spacious, with a large mosaic tile shower, dual vanity and spa like bath towels. Views of our estate vineyard can be relished from every angle!

Includes, WiFi, satellite TV, gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, plush robes, towels and luxurious linens. A beautiful secret garden and a large walk through pantry / mud room, perfect for stowing wine purchases, luggage, coolers, bicycles or other bulky items.

The estate vineyard is owned and operated by Pelletiere Estate, a premium producer of Italian inspired wines. Guests can reserve a wine tasting at Pelletiere.com during their stay. Lodging guests receive preferred seating and special wine offerings

We have a STRICT no secondary guest policy… meaning no one other than the registered guests are permitted on the property or in the house at any time. No dinner guests, no visitors, no service workers ( chef, masseuse etc) *Exception offered below.

Due to our Westside location and extreme rocky soils (perfect for grape growing) our faucet water contains too many minerals to drink. We will start you with a gallon of purified bottled water, and it is suggested you bring bottled water.

We invite you to experience wine country living at its very best!!! While our house is well appointed and fully remodeled, please know that it was originally built in 1890’s, it’s not a modern house, it has “character” and still has the bones of a house built in this period. Our vineyard views are stunning and peaceful and the property is situated on a working vineyard. We make no apologizes for making wine on our property, tending to the needs of our vineyard or for the wildlife that makes our property their home, it’s all part of the vineyard experience we offer, which we wouldn’t trade for anything!

A Must Stay in the Heart of Paso Wine Country
Stunning farmhouse, quiet, private, endless charm with the most beautiful views in the very heart of Paso wine country. A must stay if you want a true Paso experience on a working winery. Beautifully furnished, spacious with every detail accounted for - and breathtaking views all around. This is our second stay at the property - make sure to stroll the vineyard early morning and as the sun goes down at dusk. The views from the very top of the property are breathtaking. Make sure to book a tasting - the experience was one of the best along with the wines! (Thank you Kristen!) You'll feel at home from the minute you arrive. Thank you for giving us more amazing memories to share.

Fabulous Farmhouse and Winery – Unique and Stunning in Every Way
We had the most wonderful three day stay at this unique and stunning property. The Farmhouse is truly one of our greatest finds - it was absolutely spectacular. We had wonderful days touring the wineries and savoring every second of this beautiful home. The deck was amazing to sit in during the mornings, fabulous décor inside to relax in and stunning in every corner. Cooked great meals on the stove and out on the barbeque – stunning views from literally every window. Janis was the loveliest and Pelletiere wines amazing. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location and Fun For All!
I chose this beautiful property for our celebration of my mom's 80th birthday and it did not disappoint! The location is magnificent: from the vineyards that surround the property to the sunrise and sunsets each day, what a visual treat! Inside the Farmhouse was pure comfort (with the exception of the two metal framed leather arm chairs!) The largest bedroom upstairs was spacious, provided abundant storage for clothes and luggage. The staircase is painted black and the light fixture wasn't working which made navigating up or down the stairs a bit difficult. The two bedrooms on the main level were modest in size and were very comfortable with cozy beds and linens. The bedroom with the daybed does not have any place to store your clothes, a small chest of drawers would be a nice addition. The two bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with essential provisions. I LOVED the old range in the kitchen! We utilized the kitchen everyday for breakfast before we set out to wine taste and we came back each day and prepared wonderful dinners each night. From dining in the spacious dining room or on the deck outside the family room, it was perfect for the four of us. It would have been especially nice to be able to operate the fireplace as we did have rain and the ambience would have been splendid. All in all, we would love to visit this special property again, Janis was so easy to work with and we appreciated her lovely Farmhouse.

Unique property in a lovely, secluded (but close-in) setting
We absolutely loved the "antique" quality of this carefully renovated and beautiful 110 year old farmhouse! You get classic wine-country history, charming decor, and modern comforts. The front deck was the perfect place to start and end our days, and house itself was very comfortable. We didn't cook any large meals in but we could have. Beautiful views just about everywhere you looked, and a sense of really being in the heart of Paso wine country. Added benefit: we were only about 15 minutes outside of town. Our timing was perfect as the harvest was in progress, so we got to experience the work being done (yes, this is a working winery) to make Pelletiere's excellent estate wines. Make sure to include a visit to their tasting room. I can't imagine a better place to stay and we will be back!

Perfect location!
Staying on a vineyard while visiting Paso Robles cannot be beat. The location was easy driving distance to ocean and vineyards. Farmhouse is just as pictured. The harvest was just beginning so great timing for a visit as you look out upon vines laden with large bunches of grapes from your patios, living and bedrooms. Fun four night getaway!
