Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1880 farmhouse, a peaceful country retreat in Pataskala, Ohio. Here, historic character, modern comfort, and simple country living come together to create a place made for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter vacation rental. The farmhouse is filled with character, from warm natural wood walls and hardwood floors to exposed beams, original-style doors, and unique architectural details throughout. We’ve embraced the history of the home while thoughtfully updating it for a comfortable stay.

The farmhouse offers 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus a child’s room with a twin daybed and trundle. With 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to comfortably get ready for the day.

The spacious, open living areas are designed for spending time together. Gather around the large tables for meals and conversation, prepare dinner in the generously sized kitchen, or settle into the large sectional for a movie on the big-screen TV.

Outside, the large yard gives you room to breathe. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, relax beneath the mature trees, spend time with family and friends outdoors, or simply appreciate the peaceful country surroundings. Front and rear decks provide even more space to slow down and enjoy the fresh air.

One of our favorite things about this property is that it still feels like a real farmhouse. Rather than removing its history, we’ve embraced it. You’ll find a blend of old and new, rustic and refined, with the warmth and character you would expect from a home that dates back to 1880.

While the setting feels like a country escape, you’re conveniently located near Interstate 70 with access to Columbus and many of Central Ohio’s favorite destinations, including The Ohio State University, the Ohio State Fair, Hocking Hills, Denison University, Darana Raceway, and events and festivals throughout Licking County.
