Please understand your expectations for staying in this apartment:

1. It is a large one bedroom with an opened space view of the large swimming pool area of the compound,
2. It is one of the largest swimming pool projects in Jomtien beach area, with slider and kid water playground, you and your children will enjoy their swimming and staying here,
3. The location is very easy to walk to Jomtien second road market and just easy walk to Jomtien beach, or take tuk tuk to go to Pattaya main beachfront area,
4. There are 7-11 and many restaurants near this compound,
5. We are located on the main road with Song taew public transportation available, there are many taxi and other transportation available here,
6. The apartment has full kitchen facilities, 55 inches Smart TV, nice queen size sofa bed (this is for 3rd/4th guests, fee applied to arrange this sofa bed), eco working chair to work online with strong private WIFI system,
7. Free car park, free WIFI, free swimming pool, free Gym.

What are not available or provided in this apartment (do not expect this booking):
1. No daily cleaning provided, however, you can contact Host to coordinate with cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee of Thb800 inclusive change of linens/towels, we use good hotel for laundry service so it cost more than Thb500 for lundry the linens/towels). Please try to make use of our washer available in in the apartment, if you wish to get fresh towels every day (detergent packages for first time check-in are provided, you may have to buy more, if you have booked for long stay to refill the stocks).
2. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from the supermarket and prepare your own breakfast (our kitchen has full facility for cooking).
3. No night shift staff works at night, so please do not loose the key set during night time or if you have any night issue for the apartment, please ask night security guard at ground floor to help, host tends to be available during 6am to 8pm).

This is strictly non-smoking in the apartment (can smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed only). We have many families with children staying in most of our apartments.

Summary:

You will agree with me once you have stayed here that it is a paradise with beautiful opened space view of large swimming pool, which has good air flows and soft winds all days, especially in the afternoon. It is one bedroom with a king-size bed/very comfortable mattress plus topper. It is a well furnished 1 bedroom with Living room equipped with L shape sofa/sofa bed (queen size 5ft bed) and 55 inches Smart TV in Living room to watch Netflix and cable Tvs in all languages. Dinning table with 2 chairs and working chair are available. Digital Safety Box and everything you needed for your comfortable stay such as medium size refrigerator, full kitchen facilities, microwaves, toasters, kitchen wares, utensils, etc. You can leave the door open for windy if you prefer natural air, as this is a very safe compound with Cctvs in the public area.

7-11 is in front of the compound and easy to walk to everywhere near the Jomtian beach area. There are many restaurants, bakery shops, bars, convenient stores, just walking distance to all, and Jomtien Beach. You will never be disappointed with your stay in this property and location.

Free Gym, Free Swimming pool, Free private internet, Free car parkingis in front of the compound and easy to walk to beach or catch song taew taxi to go to main Pattaya beach/city.

Please do not smoke in the apartment because this is a strictly non-smoking apartment (smoke at balcony, please close balcony door only). Penalty of Thb3,000 will be levied on your booking after check out. Also, do not throw tissue/paper in the toilet bowl as the toilet will be blocked.

We have a team to help during your stay and host is always available, except late night so please take care about key lost during night time (on worse case, if you loose the key set at night time, look for hotel near this compound, the host/staff will help you in the morning).
