Great location walking distance from nightlife and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. In a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle and easily accessible.

The staff are so unhelpful no kettle. It’s out the way I wouldn’t recomend this place I got mixed up with another AA betel in Pattaya not good Not Recomended at all what a dive Internet wasn’t any good not secure really out the way

Great place and service for an amazing price

When I arrived I had lost my luggage and money but the night porter Renee who was amazing was helpful and understanding and helped. The next morning I needed assistance to sort things out and the lady manager at reception was very helpful and organised for Shu (Porter) to take me to the appropriate shops to sort things out which I did straight away and I was able to get money. The gentleman cleaner on the floor was always willing to assist and give water also, they help without asking for anything in return. The bad is that there are no facilities to heat your food up in room or even downstairs, I understand not everyone requires a microwave but if I want food heated downstairs then I should not feel like I am asking for a big thing like i felt I did so I never asked again. Also if I am there for 6 days then I should have my 12 bottles of water in my fridge as agreed not 2 a day because I missed one day and when I tried to get a bottle as I was leaving I was told no by the young girl at reception because I was checking out and I couldn’t be bothered to say I didn’t receive water on one of the days. Otherwise there are great places to eat within 500 metres down the road 24 hours a day and well priced with a 7/11, retailers, hairdressers and taxis all around. I will definately be coming back. Thanks to the team

I stayed in this hotel for the first time in March, but when I returned to PAttaya I stayed there again. After going traveling I came back to this hotel another two times and each time I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Hotel was far from every thing

No one seems too understand English or helpful until you pull out your wallet,WiFiiii password gets changed almost on a daily baisis would not stay there!

I have been coming to A.A. Pattaya Ville for many years. This is the first time I am moving to another hotel. Management and ownership have lost customer care and employee confidence. Atmosphere among guests is too much for the price.

First of all this place is in the middle of nowhere, you got to take a taxi to go anywhere when i arrived at the hotel, they demanded a deposit of 1000 baht, the lady was very rude dont recommend people there

Quiet area

Lovely 2 year old hotel, friendly & attentive staff, good beds & bedding, good sized room. Small pool which has sun until midday. Restaurant serves only western breakfast; hope they will serve other meals as they grow - not enough guests to justify that yet. I got a fantastic discount when booking which understandably disappeared when I extended my stay, but still well worth the cost. You would never see this place as you wander around - just a block (down an almost-dirt road) off 3rd Road which seemed sort of creepy when I first arrived; it's a blessing in disguise.
