Квартирка очень небольшая, для двоих самое то, втроём будет сложно. На кухне есть плита, холодильник Свч- печь, стиральная машина. Есть смена белья, два полотенца. Чисто, но балкон и окна грязные. Посуда, две сковородки, две кастрюли. До моря 2 минуты, рядом магазин. На улицу приезжает фургон с фруктами - дёшево. Бассейн внизу небольшой и 4 лежака. Море очень грязное, лучше ездить на острова. Вечером тихо. Вдоль моря ходит очень часто тук - тук, на котором можно уехать до ежедневного ночного рынка, дальше до автостанции, до порта морского не доехать - нужно пройти немного пешком.

Far away from Pattaya central, at least 30 to 45mn

If you like to be cheated, choose this Beach 7 condo runs by GrandisVilla. They charge the double of electric power normal price, wihch is expensive amount, plus cleaning costs approx. double of average, plus late arrival costs. Well, if you add up, you better choose a good hotel for the same price, at least in South Road area and enjoy daily room service.

Halpa huone meluisassa condossa

Huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Jouduin vaihtamaan merinäköalalla olevan huoneen altaan puoleiseen huoneeseen, koska ilmastointi sekä tallelokero olivat epäkunnossa. Altaalla itänaapurimme edustajat pitivät äänekkäitä bileitä, josta siirtyivät sisätiloihin jatkamaan yön ajaksi. Vuokraisäntäni sanoin tiivistettynä: talossa on bileet 22/24 h vuorokaudessa. Hinta/laatusuhde kohdallaan jos ei melut haittaa. Lavataksit kulkee muutaman sadan metrin päästä.
