Lovely property

The property is very beautiful. Garden area, pool & beach are lovely. The room was spacious. The gaps in doorways and open concept of bathroom did allow critters in. We had a frog in our bathroom. A lizard in our bedroom and many mosquitoes kept getting in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overal this was a very good stay

We have a condo close to this hotel but it’s being renovated, having had dinner here some 14 years ago we knew it was nice, it’s very quiet, it’s a little haven of calm amongst the madness of the surrounding areas Rooms are nice, I would say the dining area needs a good clean and lick of paint as looks shabby now. Staff are lovely , specially noted Yeah by the pool , he’s a lovely man, works super hard. Lovely pool area and nice beach, If you stay here grab a cab as 10 mins down the road is the pier to Koh Larn with its turquoise waters ! We would stay again for sure

One of the better resorts in Pattaya

The location is great and one of the better beaches in Pattaya. The property was spacious and family friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of space for everyone. Some of the poolside food was unavailable and the poolside towels ran out once in a while. We had a great time and will be going back.

Great for families & away from the city center

The hotel is far away from the Crazy Central Pattaya which makes it perfect for a relaxed family stay. It’s obvious that this hotel has seen better times, but apparently they’re doing some renovations right now. The renovation work make it a little bit noise near to the Children’s swimming pool which is not 100% functional. The staff is really helpful, and the sunset deck for dinner at the restaurant is amazing. Points to improve: Looooong queues to get a coffee in the morning, the machine is old and really slow. Only one coffee machine for all the guests is not enough. The hotel should provide maps, and pamphlets with activities and attractions to do in Bangkok. You must do a research on your own, and you can ask the front desk to help you with the bookings, however being a touristic hotel it should provide information to all guests about what to do in Pattaya. The hotel rooms are in perfect condition, but the common areas need a serious cleaning and painting job.

Second stay here, love this resort but this time was a little too busy and the updates they have done was not for the best but the worst. They invested money in wrong places. Update the furniture or fixture not ways to cut off power when guests leave

We had a lovely stay until check out. The staff is friendly and very nice in every way. At checkout they said that there was one missing cup in the room. We were treated as thief’s and had to pay for it. It also happened to our friends. But that glass was found? And no problem… Very unpleasant!!

Nice but overprized

The rooms is big clean and nice. The staff is friendly and serviceminded. Location is perfect on the beach and the hotelarea with pool also great. Food and breakfast good. Booring and sad part that they overprize alcohol like a glass of whine (house) is almost 310 B with servicece charge of 10%. A 33 cl beer 135 B inc service charge. Over all very nice and tidy hotel. Our personal feeling is also that it is not so professional for this quality hotel with all the condoms everywhere...

Every thing about my stay was excellent but if I have one minor issue it was that parents were not using the childrens pool which meant they were using the adults and because children want to have fun it made it difficult to swim without having to stop all of the time.

Your quiet island-like paradise away from Pattaya

Birds and Bees is like staying at an island beach resort. Jungle on the beach, beautiful infinity pool and one of the nicest beachfront restaurants in Thailand.
