This hotel was simply the best. Immaculatly clean. Everything worked in the room. No loose sockets. Brilliant shower. Just couldn't fault the place. Staff friendly and helpful. Have been to Pattaya many times and this hotel ticks all the boxes

Great to be back!

After a couple of years (due to Covid) it was lovely to have an opportunity to stay once again at this hotel. It's a short walk from the beach and has plenty of dining/refreshment opportunities within a short distance yet is located on a very quiet street ensuring peaceful nights and good sleep. I always feel I can recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful place all round .. very impressed. Food at hotel also amazing. Quickness off cleaning the room was fantastic. Each floor seems to have its own cleaner so as soon as you out the door they ask if you want cleaned room. Very easy why I go for something to eat or pool. Check in/out very quick. Rooftop pool was great. Easy accessible to beach rd . Get cheap baht bus. 5 ⭐️

Not as good as expected

A warm welcome from the staff. I did not get a room at the top floor as requested. They gave me a noisy room at the 6th level. Hotel is very basic and old. Login by key and another key to turn on the power. Room very clean, housekeeping is doing a good job. Disturbing noisy a/c and neighbours, there is no sound proof at all. TV with only Thai and Sport channels. Wifi slow and inconsistent. Bathroom OK with all the amenities. Rock hard beds, not comfortable. Small fridge already filled with unwanted drinks. So space for own drinks and food is minimal. You feel very unwelcome because a list of do's and don't. Break a glass, pay 100b etc. Nice swimming pool but there is no fitness and no toilet. Enough sunbeds and enough towels. Room service is fine and the ladies are friendly and smiling. Because of the noise this hotel is a big let down. A good night sleep was not possible. Also it came to my attention there are mostly English guests, they all leave towels at the sunbed and disappear. There is no smoking zone, smokers everywhere, disgusting. A huge disappointment. Not a 8+ rating.

Always Excellent!

This was the 5th time I've stayed here, and I'll be back for more. The rooms are clean, quiet, in good condition and a good size. The hotel is in a quiet area and the service by the staff is excellent. I love the rooftop pool too!

Pattaya Blue Sky is a very nice and clean Hotel. The staff that work there are very kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel . I Have stayed at the Blue Sky many times, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Another great stay.

Great staff. This is what makes the hotel appealing.Good location. Good food in restaurant always served with a smile..Maids really do a great job.Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Pattaya. I always ask for a certain room and every year they make sure that room is there for me. Good customer service.Hopefully see you all next year.

Convenient, quiet location, helpful staff Efficient, hard working cleaner (Floor 7) Fitness room has been closed for more than a year despite being shown available on the hotel amenities board outside the main entrance. Pool had been closed for refurbishment but re-opening was delayed for further 4 days. Pool furniture & shower in poor condition. No toilet or changing facilities available. The only lift developed a fault & was out of action for one day until staff were able to operate it manually each time a guest wanted to use it. A five day wait for the Hitachi engineer to attend. I requested a late check out for 18.00 & was told I would be charged the full daily rate of 1,500 Bt.! A compromise of 750 Bt for checkout at 17.00 was eventually reached. WiFi was unreliable & a log in was required.each time it was to be used. Access to rooms is by door key & another key to switch on electricity.

Room was clean but apart from that it was horrible service. After I checked in after a long journey, I was called at 1 am asking me to move to another room which I refused. Early morning at 6 am I was called again and was pestered to move to another room, reluctantly I agreed. Left some stuff in my previous room which was not returned. Helper demanded tip. Reception staff were very rude through out. Aircon and wifi both did not work properly. Aircon started leaking and room got flooded, after many calls they repaired the aircon and again asked for tip. Heavy rain came through the balcony and into the room. I got fed up and checked out after few days and lost over £230 pounds for the balance of my stay. I can not recommend this hotel.
