The Residence Condominium was built in 1997, consists of seven floors and is in a great location in Jomtien just off Threpprasit Road, around the corner from Threpprasit night market, the 'must see' largest night market in Pattaya.

The complex benefits from 24 hour security, Cctv, parking, Wifi, a garden and Bbq area, a children's play area and a communal swimming pool.

Close by, as well as the Night Market, there are some excellent bars and restaurants (both international and local), convenience stores, shops and entertainment venues. Jomtien Beach is a short drive or ride on the Baht bus away, and from here there are easy connections into Central Pattaya.
