장점 빌라의 주인 즉 사장은 친절함, 넓음 단점 빌라의 주인을 제외한 모든 직원이 불친절하고 모든일에 귀찬아함. 1.체크인 1시간 지연(청소를 빌미로 지연됨) 2.입장 하자마자 거실에 유리조각으로 인하여 발바닥 찢어짐 3.기본적인 수건/타올 추가 제공없음. 4. 어매니티 샴푸,바디워시 끝 5, 헤어드라이어도 없어서 요청하였는데 3박중 마지막날에 가져다줌 첫날부터 계속 전화 하니 직원이 귀찬아서 전화번호를 차단하여 전화 연결 불가 그래서 빌라 입구에 있는 사장 전화 번호로 연결하여 마지막날에 수건조금이랑 레어드라이어 받음 마지막날에 받아서 사용1번끝 6.관리가 제대로 되어 있지 않아서 빌라 내부전체가 지저분함 포켓볼 다이는 먼지가 너무 많아서 사용도 불가 하고 방내부 마다 너무 더러워서 먼지가 풀풀 날림 7.다른 풀빌라는 하루 한번 방청소 하러 오는데 요청을 하니 800바트(27,000원) 요구 어이가 없어서 그냥 하지 않음 8. 온수가 나오지 않아서 요청을 하니 전기로 물을 데우는 방식인데 에어컨이나 다른 전력때문에 차단기가 자꾸내려가서 다른전력을 사용하지 마라고함 날씨가 추워서 다끄고 해봤는데도 단한번도 온수샤워 하지 못하였음 전원 감기 걸림. 9. 직원들에게 무엇을 요구하든 들어 주지 않음. 자꾸전화 하면 전화번호 차단시킴 10. 직통전화 없음 오로지 호텔스 닷컴에 저장되어 있는 전화로 전화 해야함. 11.화장실에 있는 화장지 조차도 4일간 숙소에 머물러 있는데 단한개도 추가 제공 되지 않음 수건/휴지 기타 생필품 모든걸 구매해서 가야함 12.수영장 물이 깊음 2M 어린이들은 수영불가 그리고 수영장물 엄청 더러움 가족여행은 생각도 하지마세요 최악의 숙소 입니다.

Will come back again!

The villa is huge so as the swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. House is cleaned every two days, actually the floor is easy to get dirty when you go in after swimming, have to do a little cleaning by yourself. Snooker pool and big workout gyn are in good condition and bring us lots of joy and valuable time with family members. Location is a perfect for us, it takes 5-10 minutes drive to Pattaya beach, but it is just as quiet as we wish. Convenient store, restaurant and massage shops are just around the corner. Just bear in mind the usage of electricity, you need to pay money for extra volts used. We stayed 5 nights and minimize the use of electric but we still need to pay around US$100, anyway it is reasonable for such big house.

다좋은데 청소나 방관리에 쫌더 신경써주셨으면하네요. 방크기 화장실 옷방등 모두 괜찮았고요~ 수건이나 기타 소모용품은 따로 주문안해도 좀 챙겨주셨으면하네요 ㅎㅎ 수영장 방화장이 모두 큼직하니 좋네요 전기세가 오바되면 추가 요금을 받던데... 얼마쓰지도않았는데 금방 오바된다는...ㅋㅋ

Spacious with great swimming pool

Spacious rooms and great swimming pool. A good place to relax and have fun with friends. However, the cleanliness of the villa has to be improved. A very strong foul sewer smell in two of the rooms. We have to skip using one of the room and keep the door closing during our stay. For the other room, we have to use a fragrance mosquito coil to mask the sewer smell. We guess there;s no way to mitigate the smell, it may due to design problem or low occupancy of the villa. The 75 unit electricity is definitely not enough, we switched off all the AC and lights when out. We still have to pay for extra electricity when check out. Last, water leakage happens just before our check out, with just 10 mins time the water levels cover the floor of the whole kitchen. We have to find out the main switch to stop the water leakage. It is fortune that the water leakage happens after we woke up not at night time. Otherwise, it will be a nightmare for us and the agent. During our check out, we reflect our comments and concern to the agent regarding the foul sewer smell and water leakage.They can only promise discount for our future stay. But to be honest, we would definitely choose other villa next time when go pattaya.
