The hotel was very central and suited my needs perfectly, the allowed me store my luggage for the day I was leaving. Due to me having an accident they allowed the ambulance man collect my luggage with my ticket, I was much relieved that I did not have to collect it myself.

The Ibis Pau is well located to explore the old town. It is clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

Bright clean and airy but too small

The room was very clean and bright and airy. I was very disappointed at the size of the room and the fixtures and fittings. I could easily have been in the budget hotel about 3km along the road. Adequate for a one-night business visit.

Sèche serviettes ne fonctionnant pas sdb wc très froid et on vous répond que personne n'a la main pour enclencher bref pas cool en hiver alors que le problème est connu depuis un certain temps. Chambre très étroite. On peut attendre autre chose d'un Ibis.

Je connais nombre d'Ibis Nevers le Mans ,Dijon , Beaune , Strasbourg et celui-ci avec le lavabo dans la chambre , pas de réception etc est le pire ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles 2 serait déjà un cadeau cordialement

Simple et efficace
