Patton's Place has been thoughtfully furnished and styled to create a calming and inviting atmosphere - perfect for recharging your batteries this holiday. This holiday home also comes equipped with some of the must-haves including Freeview, WiFi and of course a BBQ.
When summer hits, this is the place to call home. Nespresso machine on hand to start your day off right before heading down to the beach just a few mins stroll from your front door or maybe take the bicycle out for a ride. Then when you get home, wash off the sand and sea under the outdoor shower!
In the colder months spent indoor chilling out Patton's Place has you covered too - With a Smart TV, an Xbox, a Chromecast and Table Tennis Table all to keep you and your group entertained.
Located at the south-eastern corner of Pauanui ensure a bit of both worlds. In a peaceful neighbourhood but not too far from the local amenities - just a few minutes drive to the local cafes and restaurants.

Peaceful Tranquil and nicely presented home
A lovely bach vibe with all the amenities you need to just relax and enjoy some time at the beach. Easy walk to the beach or into the village so very central. Plenty of bikes, games, reading material and lovely spots in the conservatory or back garden to chill. We'd love to come back again sometime soon.
