Enjoy Litchfield by the Sea Beach Club at a fraction of the price! This 1st floor end unit condo is located on the Willbrook Plantation Cart and Bike path. 1 mile from the beach. It features a split bedroom layout - 4 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen and 2 twins), 3 baths and 3 covered furnished porches. Open living, dining and kitchen await your family gatherings. All bedrooms have cable tv, internet. Livingroom and twin bedroom have DVD player and Netflix. Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and bar seating. Extras include internet, ceiling fans, wet bar with small sink and small refrigerator, washer dryer. Linens are not included.
Beach access is through Litchfield by the Sea Beach Club . This is a popular gated seaside community that offer seven miles of spectacular beach. The Beach Club has bathrooms, shade cabanas, multi-level decking and loads of parking. You will find many pathways for jogging/walking/biking in Pawleys Island. Golf courses everywhere and restaurants galore.
Green Haven has a pool onsite.
All new luxury vinyl tile in living room/dining room area and master bedroom. All new carpet in the bedrooms.

Super Nice Family Space!

The property and area was very clean and well kept. There was great space for our family vacation. We loved the kitchen and the screened in patio. The space was very clean and well stocked for a vaction rental. Everyone greatly enjoyed the stay!

Pawleys Island Paradise

Love this area of Pawleys Island! We have stayed 6 years in the Greenhaven development. The location of both pools are very convenient depending on what unit you are staying. Very close to Murrells Inlet and all the amazing restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great family time!

We had a great time on our stay at Litchfield Beach. The property was nice, clean, big and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The Litchfield By The Sea amenities were very nice. The beach access was easy to use and the restrooms and deck were very nice. The only problem we had was that our pool key fob did not work and we never got that resolved our entire stay. We just put our 5 year old granddaughter over the fence and she would press the button to allow us access. Overall, wonderful time here otherwise!
