Panoramic views from rooftop deck. Overlooking Osprey Lake at Litchfield by the Sea, this home has an updated kitchen and a cozy 3-Season porch off the master bedroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, and one semi-private loft bedroom upstairs with sundeck and stairs to the roof top deck. Cable TVs, DVDs, Stereo, Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Central AC, Heat, Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Sundeck, Porch, Roof Top Deck, Hot/Cold Outside Shower, Covered Parking

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This unit has access to the Oyster Catcher Pool.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Beautiful Litchfield Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with eveything you need. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Property needed a little bit of love as the outside steps were getting soft in places, master bathroom light (over the sink) was working sporadically and the upper sliding glass doors to the crows nest did not lock, concerning me about our visiting little grand babies. Short walk to the beach and pool, however the pool was very small and populated. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart, a head of time, if you’re not into walking. Litchfield is always a great place to stay.
