Quiet Luxury 3bd/2ba Home next to Rim Golf Club

This newly built 3 bedroom home is far enough from town to feel rural but close enough to enjoy what the quaint town of Payson has to offer. Grill on the back deck amongst the pines.
Look forward to great hikes, quality restaurants and cooler weather! Also guest with can enjoy golf priveledges to Rim Club or Chaparral Pines. Owners must set up tee times and payment can be made directly to the clubhouse. Golf round cost between $150-$175 per round. We also have a 4 bedroom in the same community if you are looking for a larger property.

Easy weekend
The house was so cute and an easy drive to the Rim Golf Club where we had to go for a wedding. The unit wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but Stephanie had someone there within 5 minutes of our arrival and in top shape within the hour. We had some issues with the garage clicker not working and the front door lock not working one evening, but again Stephanie answered our call right away and got us right in. There isn’t a filter on the fridge so many being bottled water like we did. Everything was furnished really nicely, and the main suite bathroom was perfect for getting ready. We’d come back again!

We were in Payson for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. We went for hikes, enjoyed the patio and the bed was very comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Family Home
The home was spotless with everything perfectly prepared for our arrival and stay. We had just what we needed to prepare meals, as well as, all necessities and more.
