Gorgeous home in Katun Lindarski

Beautifully and modernly furnished holiday home to feel at home in a quiet and scenic area. The rooms are spread over two floors. Next to the house there is a restaurant with typical regional cuisine, a konoba, where you can try delicious dishes and specialities. In the area you can really relax, go hiking, cycling or swimming on the beautiful beach. You can also simply spend the day by the pool. This provides a welcome refreshment at any time. Explore the area and take trips to the small, cosy villages inland. Visit the pretty medieval town of Motovun with its old town walls. Motovun is also the venue for the annual film festival. The lowest ceiling height in the attic is 1 metre.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 5 km entfernt & daher gut & schnell zu erreichen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin inkl. Check-in verlief problemlos - auch hatten wir die Möglichkeit bei Fragen uns jederzeit mit ihr in Verbindung zu setzen. Die Schlaf- & Badezimmer sowie der gesamte Außenbereich waren bei Ankunft sehr sauber & generell schön gestaltet. Lediglich die Küche ist sehr klein & leider nicht so gut ausgestattet. Auch waren bei Ankunft das Geschirr & Besteck nicht sauber und musste von uns nochmals gereinigt werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen - auch wenn im Inserat steht, dass das Haus für 10 Personen ausgelegt ist würden wir aber empfehlen unsere Gruppengröße nicht zu überschreiten.
