La experiencia en el hotel fue mixta. Las habitaciones son aceptables, cumplen, aunque sin destacar especialmente. En cuanto al personal, hubo una diferencia muy marcada en el trato. Los empleados hombres y la señora del gift shop fueron amables y correctos en todo momento. Queremos destacar especialmente a Eduardo y Pantera, que tuvieron una atención excelente y muy profesional. Lamentablemente, la experiencia con parte del staff femenino fue muy negativa. En particular, la señora de pelo corto que toma pedidos mostró una actitud claramente despectiva: la llamamos en tres ocasiones y, aunque nos veía, solo hacía gestos con la mano y nunca se acercó a atendernos. Asimismo, la mujer que se encontraba en la caja fue descortés y poco profesional, evitando dirigirse a nosotros incluso cuando únicamente queríamos pagar por los servicios. Este tipo de trato genera incomodidad y no está a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel. Es una pena, porque el resto del personal fue amable y atento, pero estas situaciones afectan seriamente la experiencia general.

The location was great! The good- the beds were clean and the washrooms and amenities were clean. The staff tried to accommodate your needs but they are very very slow. The à la carte food is very tasty; however the breakfast is the same EVERYDAY so if you are staying more than 2 nights it gets repetitive. They always have transportation to Bahia de las Aguilas; however in comparison to the local prices it is very expensive. If I could do it all over again, I would go straight to Bahia de las Aguilas beach and not do the unnecessary stops at St.Andres beach and the “natural pool” as those are in my opinion not worth the extra fee. There are tours offered rag the lodge but if you go out of the lodge to the right of the national park entrance, the tours are significantly lower. I got to say that the food at the lodge was very tasty, good portions and reasonable prices at the a last crate restaurant. The bad- the tents need replacement. When I got there, I had to get 3 holes repaired. The beach access points is lacking. They have a main access which is not steep but my access point was dangerous to use as it was very rocky. I had reserved ocean view and accessibility was disappointing. The concept as an ecolodge is smart and fun

A truly splendid place with a spectacular ocean view. The turquoise-blue water is absolutely breathtaking, and Bahía de las Águilas Beach is simply outstanding. The sunsets are unforgettable, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere, with thousands of stars lighting up the night sky. It is definitely a place everyone should experience at least once in a lifetime.

Ecology stay was good. Execept for the food, I was served expired cocacola. Breakfast was really good.Shared bathroom. A lot mosquitos. Bahia de Aguilas is beautiful, it is like 10 min drive with a 4x4 car for a US$3 per adults. Glamping is far from the town aprox 45 min driving on way.
