Troodos Mature Pine Chalet
Troodos Mature Pine Chalet, surrounded by tall pine trees and built on a large plot of land, is located on the Marathasa Valley of Troodos Mountains, at an altitude of 1350 meters, about 2.5km from Pedoulas village and 2km from Prodromos. This stunning property has been carefully designed to be the perfect getaway for family or a group of friends.
Troodos Mature Pine Chalet offers a double garage with electric doors on the road level, keeping the yard clear of vehicles, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor area to the full. The yard as well as the main house are elevated and the indoor staircase from the garage takes you directly to the ground level where you find the living room, the kitchen and dining area as well as the utility room and a guest restroom.
Decorated with a serene combination of rustic and modern furniture, the living room offers amiable relaxing space around a wood burning fireplace and a solid wooden dining table with chairs and a massive wooden bench giving eight comfortable seats for dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, double drawer Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher, semi-professional gas cooker and double oven, as well as a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle and all of the necessary equipment for self-catering property.
The upper floor offers three bedrooms and an open loft that is set up as the fourth bedroom. The master bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi style bathtub as well as a small balcony that overlooks the front yard. The other two bedrooms are twins and have a shared balcony to the side. There is also a wooden baby cot in one of the two twin rooms. On the same floor there is also the family bathroom.
The loft, accessible by a staircase with a stairgate and has been designed as the fourth bedroom, perfect for children or a young couple. It is equipped with two double mattresses, stacked one on top of the other but can also be used separately to accommodate two extra people.
Troodos Mature Pine Chalet offers central heating during the winter season, free parking for two cars, wood burning fireplace, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV with all major channels of different languages, traditional BBQ, table tennis and all amenities you would require for a relaxing getaway. A washing machine and tumble-dryer are also available in a utility room on the ground floor, next to the guest restroom.
The property is ideally situated in the heart of Troodos National Forest Park with easy access to many nature trails, waterfalls, medieval bridges as well as monasteries and churches most of which are part of UNESCO World Heritage. The region is well known for its wineries which are definitely worth a visit. The highest peak of Troodos, Mount Olympus and the North Face ski lift are about 10 minutes' drive from the house. Limassol and Nicosia are about one hour's drive away.
On arrival we provide a basic welcome pack that includes coffee, tea, toiletries, cleaning and washing up materials and equipment. You can order firewood from our local team or purchase it from local kiosks. We advise to plan ahead, as this is a remote property and distances for supplies can be long. The whole route to the house from all major cities is asphalted and very easily accessible. Road conditions in the winter months may be difficult so please read the weather forecast and if there is a forecast for snow ensure you have snow chains or 4x4 vehicle.

This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and the forest and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
