Desending two stairs you will enter the spacious lounge and dinning area with patio doors leading onto a private terrace which looks onto the communal pool which is only a few steps away and is set in a lovely well kept gardens. Communal sun loungers are available by the pool. All windows in the townhouse are fitted with shutters which helps to keep the home cooler in hot weather. All windows also have fly screens fitted. On the terrace you will find a large table and four chairs. Going up the black marble staircase the master bedroom with queen size bed is on your right. This bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool and has views to the nearby mountains. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Between the bedrooms there is a family bathroom with full size bath and shower over the bath.
This property is approximately a 30 minute drive from the paphos airport and is situated 1 mile from the centre of the hillside village of peyia with its shops,bars and restaurants. It is also only 2 miles from Coral Bay with its outstanding sandy beaches and extensive entertainment area with numerous bars,shops and restaurants.
