Apartment of 40m² located on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator. Ideally located in Peisey plan, close to the slopes and shops, a staircase allows access to the residence.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment consists of an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The living room includes a sofa bed for 2 people and opens onto a double balcony facing West. The room equipped with a set of bunk beds and a single bed also overlooks the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the mountain and the valley.

Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob. Television.
Rented with 1 ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency on reservation.

Sleeps: 1 simple bed, a set of bunk bed, a double sofa bed

Sanitary: a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
