Hotel was clean and the staff helpful. The pool is beautiful and appears well maintained though we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was largely made up on Indonesian food selections but all was very tasty. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The hotel is well located adjacent to a major thoroughfare and two of Pekanbaru's newer malls. The AC in our room didn't work well and only brought the room down a couple of degrees in temperature so that it never got as cold as we liked it. One other slight complaint from a 10th floor room was the volume of the Karaoke singing coming down from the 11th floor pool bar in the late evening. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't mind staying here again on future trips.

スタッフは良くあいさつをしてくれ、気持ちよく過ごせましたが、冷蔵庫とセーフティボックスが壊れていたり（お願いしたらすぐに直してくれました）、水漏れ（最後までそのまま）していたり、設備の確認を予め充分行っていないと感じました。 　夕方に帰るとバスタオルが無く、なかなか来なかったのは困りました。 朝食はおいしかったですし、値段を考えれば悪くない宿だったと思います。

Overall its good and have a nice location which is beside a good mall for weekend breakaway. My only complain is about the food. Food is blunt, local taste with not much choices and coffee is hard to get.

I was no happy with the pillows, they were crammed tight into a small pillowcase making a good comfortable pillow a very compact n hard pillow. That happens when the size of the pillowcase is much smalker than the pillow. I had to take off the case for me to be able to sleep comfortably
