Highly Recommend to Travelers in the area of SOBX , Swansboro , N.C. Very Comfortable Updated Home , Close to Beach , Restaurants, Golf , Shopping , Charter Fishing , Etc… No hesitation on staying again , and mostly likely will in the future.

This property was probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at in my almost 60 years, and I’ve stayed at a lot of properties! Kim is the best host, and is in constant communication. They have done an outstanding job of remodeling the property, they have covered every aspect of what’s needed in a rental, from the humans, to the fur kids! Love this place, and can’t wait to go back! Thanks for the hospitality, thanks for the thoughtful things you have done from the extra parking at the carport just for us, the spaces that seemed they were meant just for the fur kids, the notes made to make things so much easier on the light switches, we never had to guess at anything. My dream home would be this at the coast. I spent 45 plus years at the AB end of the Island, but they have it all right there outside of Emerald Isle, in Peletier.

Very nice house & well stocked with everything you need.About a 10 minute drive to emeraled isle area.The house sits in a heavy wooded area.Its wooded behind back yard.I expected to see a snake at some point during our week there.When we were packing our vehicle my wife said there was a snake in front of our vehicle.I checked & it was a juvenile copperhead.I tried to get it to go away but it just coiled up so I had to kill it.It was right where we were walking back & forth so we were lucky.It was coming from the front yard area.I think maybe from the landscaped island in middle of front yard.There was some huge cracks in the timbers.Because it was a juvenile means there is a nest of many somewhere in front yard area.Look carefully when walking around & definitely check under your vehicle before approaching.Definitly exercise caution outside at all times
