It is a lovely resort. Very beautiful. Pools lovely and interesting as well. Shuttle to beach works well and is a pretty drive, not too long. Beach is beautiful. Only disappointment is lack of promised snorkel equipment. All staff were lovely and hard working.

Location is great, beach is the best, staff very nice and helpful. Pool very clean and perfect for an early morning and evening swim. Had breakfast buffet at the hotel just one day and food was good. Would definitely go back.

My favorite beach club

Perfect hotel for a romantic getaway! We loved the beautiful beach and cocktails by the pool every night after. All of the staff was lovely! The only area where they could possibly improve is having more staff at the beach club and the restaurants. The food and drinks were fantastic but the service was slow. We our already planning our next trip back!

Fantastic experience! Food is amazing at both restaurants. Best lamb I’ve ever had. Pool is heated which is a plus. Shuttles to the most beautiful beach. Staff is very friendly. Definitely going to come back!

Bermuda is an amazing island with a great vibe and this hotel only made it better during our stay. Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, great restaurants! Will stay here again.

The Hamilton Princess is at the top for a reason. The staff is impeccable; the accommodations are up to date and the property sits in the heart of Hamilton while having incredible views. The only thing bad about staying there is having to leave eventually.

The hotel was awesome. Beautiful views of the harbour. My only suggestion is that they should make the superior (more picturesque) infinity pool the adults only pool and the central / less dynamic pool the kid-friendly pool. Not sure why they have done it in reverse. All three restaurants were great. Service was great too. Would definitely stay here again.
