Situated on a generous four acres, this close-to-everything but feels rural property will be your home away from home.

With a south-facing exposure the house is bright and welcoming. A huge yard is perfect for families and pets. Please note this is not a fenced property.

Just minutes away are all the services, grocery, restaurants, and shopping you may need.

Two-vehicle garage is included. House is centrally heated/cooled.

Pets welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet.
Family gatherings are allowed if approved by host. Please enquire if you are planning for a gathering >10 people total.

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $100 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Great Stay
We have stayed at quite a few VRBO houses over the years and Cheryl was by far the most responsive and courteous host. She was flexible with timing and requests, answered questions quickly, etc. the house was perfect for our family, way more spacious than the listing suggests. The kitchen and other areas were well stocked with everything we needed. Location was great- just a few miles from where we needed to go in Webster, and has a large private lot not too close to neighbors. Thanks for everything Cheryl!

Just a Wonderful Property
This is a large, well-furnished house with plenty of room to relax while we visited the Rochester area. We not only enjoyed the quiet and peaceful rural feeling of where the house is located - even though it is still close to shopping and local attractions, but also the very comfortable beds, fully-equiped kitchen and (most importantly) just how exceptionally clean it was throughout. Check-in was smooth and the property manager was attentive and able to answer any questions. We will certainly stay here again.

Great comfortable place to stay
I stayed here with my partner, two dogs, and a family friend, and the space was comfortable and spacious. Love the two living rooms that allow for conversation, as well as the large dining table. We were in town to celebrate a friend, and this made the perfect location for us to relax after long days. The area was not heavily trafficked and we were comfortable walking our dogs in the neighborhood. Also, one of our dogs loved looking out the back door at the backyard. I recommend staying here.

Perfect for our family
We were visiting family who lives in Penfield. This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room in the house for myself, my husband and two adult children to have our own space and we were 5 minutes from our family. The property was just as listed and Cheryl is a wonderful host to work with. She was very friendly, accessible, and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again when we travel to Penfield.

Perfect place for a family
Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The 4 acre property was beautiful. We saw multiple deer each day, even 2 babies. When visiting family and friends again, we really hope this house is available.

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood
Nice house, great yard, in a really nice, quiet area that's within 20-30 minutes of all the best Rochester has to offer. The kitchen could use some more pots/pans/utensils, and the beds were modest, but the living room couch was huge and comfy, and the place was just generally clean and pleasant to be in. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay on the east side of Rochester!
