One of our best stays in Upstate New York. The property is a quaint B&B and the view in the back is amazing. The hosts are warm, friendly and just good people who treat their guests like family. The breakfasts are freshly made, the conversations full of laughter and the coffee, their special blend is just the right fuel for the day. We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful B&B! We stayed in the Blue Room, which was large and comfortable. And the breakfasts were amazing. We never ate lunch till around 2 because we were so full from breakfast. Rebecca and Charles were very welcomimg and the property is lovely. Highly recommend.

The cabins were quaint and peaceful. The fresh farm to table…made from scratch breakfast was superb! The homemade grape juice was made from their vineyard. They gave great recommendations on where to go and restaurants. A wonderful experience!

The hosts were incredible and the breakfast was amazing! We loved sitting with the guests each morning at a family style table. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was lovely. AC worked great. A small tv and free WiFi . My only critique is the The bed was very very loud and creaky and definitely needs to be replaced but other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Rooms are spacious, lovely, and comfortable. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious! Great place to stay for a get-away or for touring wine country; convenient to most the western Finger Lakes. Highly recommend.

Great B&B!

Charles and Rebecca are excellent hosts and made me feel welcome from the jump. The cabin was beautiful, super clean, and well-appointed. The grounds are beautiful and I was impressed with their solar array! My only regrets were that I was not able to enjoy the breakfast or stay for a longer period. Looking forward to a future visit!

Charles and Rebecca, our hosts, emailed pre-check in info. that was clear and very helpful. They're warm and gracious hosts who provide lovely accommodations, an excellent breakfast around a shared table, and a relaxed and welcoming ambience, in which you are able to meet and chat, with them and the other guests, if so desired. The grounds are lovely, with well-kept gardens porches, beautiful views, and an open invitation to guests to feel free to explore the property. Over the years, I've stayed in many B&B's, both in the US and abroad. Los Gatos is definitely among my Top 5, and I plan to make a return visit in the future.

If i had a complaint about my stay it would be the lack of control over my room temperature. I really like a cool room for sleeping and the room got very stuffy in the night. I also did not like the fact that breakfast was at 9 am no choice for earlier. On the good side the one breakfast i was there for was delicious and the couple running the B&B were great and overall a very nice stay. My " complaints " are more just suggestions for things to improve the stay.
