Pensacola Beach Condo w/ Great Views (F12)

Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting guests and we would love to have you. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.

Kick back, dip your toes in the sand, grab your glass of wine (or bourbon) and relax in this calm, beach condo. A quick escape from the crazy of everyday.

The unit is F12, located on the 3rd floor, corner unit. Yes, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the privacy (only 4 units per floor) and direct view of the water from the front and back balconies are worth it!

With a balcony overlooking the Bay, the condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.

If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be set in our fully equipped kitchen.

A security camera is located in the front entrance of the unit for the safety of our guests. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio. The device is located on the exterior of the property.

Loved the condo and the views. Everything was exactly as described and the communication with the renter was perfect. Being a stop right on the trolley line was a big help as well. The beach was right across the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The owner recommended their favorite spots and I think we hit almost every one of them and loved them all. We would recommend and stay at this property again. Such a nice homey feel. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Love this place!!

My boyfriend and my two friends stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing!! We had an amazing time. Beautiful, Clean and Very Comfortable!

My son and I stayed at this beautiful condo recently. It was the perfect place to spend time with my son who is stationed at NAS and was recovering from an injury. The location was great, the views were beautiful, the condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for making meals to go in my son's freezer on base. Indy and Dustin were great hosts, they responded quickly to questions and allowed us to extend our stay hassle-free. We would definitely stay again!

A must see!

This condo was amazing! It was only a couple minute walk to the beach. From the household decor down to all your kitchen needs we had everything we needed for our stay. If you forgot something. It probably was there. The beds were so comfy, everything was spotless, and there is even a pool that was very relaxing as well. If you are visiting Pensacola you need to book this condo. This is a great place to stay in Pensacola! Once you get beyond the three flights of stairs everything was perfect. It was near beaches, restaurants and yet it was still a quiet area. The host was amazing and we loved our vacation!
