Seaside Serenity - November and December marks our special time of the year when we decorate the condo for the holidays. So many holiday activities in Pensacola for Christmas. Winterfest kicks off on Black Friday and features holiday lights, trolley tours, and various live performances through Christmas Eve. The town has a Christmas parade on Dec.13th, Lulu’s Lighted Boat Parade on December 10th, Santa’s Puppy Party, The Elf Parade, a family friendly event with costumes contests for best ears, costumes, strollers and ugly sweaters. Holiday workshops, like a Gumdrop Christmas Bridge workshop, themed nights. Wake up to your own coffee bar, sitting on the patio sipping your fresh brew while enjoying the view. When it's time to head to the beach, there is easy access carrying your towels and items to the beach, and their is no walking across the street with your kids and beach supplies. The sound on the front side of the building is where you can jet ski, paddle board day or night and kayaking. It's only an elevator ride to the boardwalk. The property has an automatic privacy gate and it's own designated garage parking space. There are carts conveniently located in the garage for your convenience to carry your belongings to the condo. The condo sleeps 6 along with plenty of table and bar space to accommodate 6 guest. Number of people who stay should not exceed the number of people stated on the reservation. The condo is under owner management offering a more personal stay with newly refurnished paint throughout, refurnished living room, dining room, bar, patio, and new special bed linens selected.
