Small annoyance, but would stay here again
The condo was in a great location on the bay! The check in email did NOT have the code to get into the door of the actual unit. Only the codes to the front, back & pool doors of the condo building. When I called number listed on the email, it had an automated menu that didn't work. I kept hitting the numerical option & it would keep repeating the same menu. Tried the text option - they just resent the same email that I told them did not include the lock code. Finally found another number, was able to speak to someone to get the code - after 25 minutes standing outside in the heat, sweating.
The condo itself was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view on the balcony! The appliances were all great. We even used their crockpot!
We kept having problems with the door. We would type in the code, light would flash green, hear it unlock, but the door would get jammed. It seemed like the latch would keep getting stuck in the strike on the frame. It did this about 90% of the time we tried to open the door. When I emailed them, they did have someone come out and look at it pretty quick. But they tried one time, it worked and they left. I then got an email telling me to "put some muscle into it" when my brother pretty much slammed his 200lb self into it a time or two and that didn't work. I wouldn't say this was a total deal breaker, but it was definitely annoying.
The facility itself was clean. It does have a very small beach right out the back door. Pool area was great!
