If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then look no further. This beautifully renovated 1200-square foot East Hill home is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola. East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Guests will enjoy the East Hill Community that is filled with many parks, including Bayview Park, located on Bayou Texar. Great Location and Pet Friendly! We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great. It was close to everything but still quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days at the fields. Publix was in walking distance. We brought our dogs, and the small fenced yard was a huge plus. It gave them a safe space to get outside without any stress, which we really appreciated.The home itself was very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and easy during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. The host communicated immediately when we had a question. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The house is very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We definitely will be staying there in the future.

Quincy is a great and responsive host. Cute house with some great amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, good speed internet, and more. This is the perfect place for a short, or like mine, extended stay, for both my dog amd me. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store, all within a few blocks walk. Thank you, Quincy!

Perfect place! We walked to the Farmers Market downtown and the grocery store. Everything was so convenient. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. The front porch swing was a perfect place to start and end the day!

We stayed 2 Weeks at this listing. The interior accommodations were ok but the outdoor space was dismal. The back yard was not taken care of and chairs were filthy and unable to be used. The surrounding homes were very poorly kept. The area in general is good except for the part of the street this house was on. There was great access to a beach but overall we were disappointed in the location and neighborhood.

Peaceful and convenient

This is a lovely house in a quiet and friendly and walkable neighborhood. It’s close to Pensacola restaurants and Joe Patti’s fish market. Publix is 2 blocks away. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach. King bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bath are modernized. Several streaming options on the tv. I recommend this property.
