Last minute stay

Unexpected stay due to illness in family. The front desk clerk was so courteous. She went out of her way to help us get our clothes washed while we were there. Loralei is a BIG ASSET to the hotel. The manager should be proud to have someone like her on their staff. Also, the morning staff, Coleen (hope I spelt that correct) was very nice and professional as well. Overall a great stay at a really good price!

Best place near I-10 to stay in Pensacola!

This is the best value for the money! We have stayed here twice already and we will continue to stay there every time we visit our Marine. I cannot recommend this facility enough! Their complimentary breakfast is not the ordinary cereal and muffins. It's a wonderful warm breakfast, and the quality is outstanding!

Stay was awesome. My room stunk of carpet cleaner. They offered a different room but i had already unpacked and was exhausted. Otherwise it met all Marriott standards and expectations

Nice but older

The hotel was nice and clean. It is on the older side so some things showed the wear. It had 2 double beds instead of queen size as in newer hotels. Indoor pool wasn't heated so we couldn't use which was a bummer because that was one of the reasons we chose it. There was a once in a lifetime snow storm (8.9 inches) so a swim would have been nice when we were stuck inside. No laundry room either which would have been nice for our week long stay.

Staff are all friendly and Inn is cleaned daily including rooms. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and was comfortable with my stay and how I was treated. Elevator is clean and functions well. Breakfast was served daily with plenty of options for a Inn.

Hunter greeted us warmly at the front desk and was extra helpful. Room was comfy and clean. On a busy street so a bit noisy. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
