I called reservations before I went and was told there was no parking fee. Then was charged $15 a day and now reservations and hotels say this is a Travelocity issue. When I called holiday inn reservations before my stay everyone was happy to help. I would like my $15 parking per day refunded. I was told pools would be heated indoor pools were freezing. ;(

Staff was far above average. Kerry Ann Smiley checked us in at the desk quickly, gave us suggestions where to eat, upgraded one of our 3 rooms. She was the best and I wish she would come work at my business and train our staff on hospitality. Hotel was right on the beach. Half the rooms are ocean view. For the price, great place!!

What I dislike most is the bed sheet. I have to get up several times a night to tighten and smooth the bed sheet and the mattress pad,The bed sheet and mattress pad are too small to hold the mattress.

Room was Ok. The fitted sheets on the mattress were too small and was CONSTANTLY sliding off. AC is in a window one and took some time to cool off the room (we came in at 11pm and were ready to sleep but it was warm). There is some construction right in front of the hotel. A Cleaning Of Pool on Friday was dragged all the way to 11:30 so kids were not able to swim. But Breakfast was AMAZING. Staff was nice over all.

Great beach view, extremely clean beach area w/very soft sand, excellent & fun pools, bar was always hopping in the evening, staff was always so helpful & courteous. We were blown away at how staff went out of their way to push the elevator button for us, welcome us, tell us to have a great day. Having the bunk beds for the kids in the room was perfect-it even had bean bags & their own TV!! The balcony was roomy enough to enjoy & dry towels on. You could rent chairs/umbrellas for a fee each day. It was a perfect stay.
