Shuffle service nonexistent , left at airport waiting for shuttle finally forced to find transportation . Broken toilet seat, beds smelled . Will not stay there again.

They greeted us each time we went back and forth to our room or outside of the hotel. They answered each of our requests with a smile.It was like we were at our home.They definitely knew how to extend hospitality

Property is just fine. Although someone did drop the ball and I was given a king room instead of two queen beds that I had booked. They couldn’t give me what I requested. So my friend had to use the couch pull out and it was not comfortable.

Nice hotel, fairly clean room, great breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Little more attention to cleanliness.
Location: Even though located at the airport, no noise. Lots of good restaurants near by, as well as shopping. About a 25 minute drive to the beach.
Hotel seems fairly new and nicely equipped. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was fairly clean - noticed a spot by the bed that looked like something had spilled and not cleaned up, but was removed by housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast was great. Food selections were great and very tasty.

I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Place in the past, but I will not be staying there again after my last experience. After booking a room with a king and a shower, I was given a room with two queens and a bath. The staff were very unhelpful. My credit card was billed twice for my room, and my trip was more stressful because of my stay. Overall, the experience was not relaxing. I paid money to stay at the Hyatt but spent the entire time feeling unwelcome.

Hotel staff was not truthful/lied.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: don't lie to customers and lie to try to get out of another lie.
Location: Airport
Received a voucher from American Airlines to stay at this hotel. Walked over to the hotel and the hotel staff told us that they were all booked, and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Walked back over to the airport, American Airlines was unable to find anything close to the airport (not impressed with AA either), so I decided to go onto my Travelocity App and look. First that popped up was this hotel and that there were still rooms available. So I booked it with AA telling me they could refund me with copy of receipt. Walked back over and they did have a room available, they just didn't want to use one of their last rooms up with a voucher from AA. I know they had a room available bc the hotel staff walked away right away when we showed her the voucher, and went back to talk to a manager. I'm guessing the "manager" told her not to accept the voucher to leave a room open for a customer that would pay full rate like I did thru the Travelocity App. I called out the hotel staff and they continued to lie about what happened. Not being upfront with customers is not a way to do business. Def will look elsewhere when booking hotels from now on.
