I loved the historic district in which it was located. I did not like all the extension cords with multiple things on them; ac was awful we burned up in October! I give it 3 stars only because overall it was ok for a weekend trip.

I was FOOLISH enough to dismiss the negative reviews as disgruntled guests. Do not make that mistake! The property is unkempt. The lawn was overgrown with weeds and the grass was nearly knee high. I could not see the “Community swimming pool” and the AC is window units barely hanging in the window. I was not met at the office nor given a key. I tried the “office” door marked with a “Welcome” sign however I was not. Tried the front door and the handle almost came off in my hand!! I would not board my dog here!!! I obviously did NOT stay.

My first VRBO rental. Unit was very clean and quiet. Mattress was best I have ever experienced while traveling.

Very Very Hot!
The room was VERY hot! We couldn't get it to cool down all weekend, the bathroom felt like the heater was on it was so hot, the towels and sheets had a musty smell, there was a dirty roach in the little frig, and the parking is a nightmare. I know it's an old house but we have stayed in a lot of old homes and it was never this hot nor did the sheets and towels smell. The house is beautiful so I hope the owners do something to correct these things.

Situated in a quiet,historical neighborhood close to downtown and the beach. Clean and comfortable unit in old Victorian house. We enjoyed our stay.

Growling dog was loose in building and we could hear people constantly in #2 because walls are very thin. Door to the outside is left unlocked frequently. Left a day earlier than planned.

Spring Street
Place is beautiful. Communication was quick and easy. The neighborhood is wonderful. Felt safe and enjoyed walking in the mornings and evenings with my dog. Location is close to wherever you need to get. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
